This is now more than the third time my order has been incorrect or missing an ingredient--possibly because it was out of stock-but I believe I should be informed when that happens. I usually place my orders online for pickup before heading to work, and by the time I realize there's an issue, I'm already at the office. I consistently leave a tip, and I always say thank you when picking up my order. However, most of the time, my greeting is ignored. They were kind enough to replace an oat milk latte which I ordered early a.m. at a drive thru Starbucks in Lathrop. The latte tasted awful and had something fruity tasting mixed in. About 100 miles later, landed this Starbucks and told them what happened. They stood by the Starbucks name, apologized for the other Starbucks mistake, and made me a new oat milk latte that tasted the way it's suppose to at no charge. Normally because the drive thru takes a long time, I would give it 1-2 stars. However, the ladies at the counter got themselves back 2 stars. I ordered at the speaker and had two separate orders. The trick here was that they switched workers at the window. And the barista leaving work made sure to tell the new barista that I had 2 orders. That is a job well done. read more

There was a woman employee that was on drive through the other day, she has curly/wavy dark hair, she was very rude and passive aggressive, no thank you at the end just gave me my drink and closed the window on me right away. Absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Waited 25 minutes for 3 drinks, the drinks were the wrong sizes and my husband's drink was only half full. When we asked where the rest of the drink was he was told it was the foam that melted. Our food was ready and names weren't called out so they were cold when we got them. Worst Starbucks! Made two of three drinks wrong. The only one they got right was the ice tea. Wanted venti, they made grande. Both were to be hot, they made it cold. When shared that they were wrong, barista argued saying it could not be made hot. As a Starbucks regular, the drink comes hot ALL the TIME! We come through this area a lot and the service is sometimes hit and miss, but today was ridiculous! They did not even offer to remake the drinks--just wanted to argue. The manager gave a refund. While at register waiting for that there was another customer there equally as frustrated with their order. And then when the manager had to give cash for the refund as they could not get the computer to work, another barista chimed in that she had to give cash for another refund earlier. The drive through takes WAY too long. I had to wait 8 mins just for them to take my order. I turned off my car to save gas. And then it took another 15 mins to get my drink. Turned off my car again while waiting. This location is clearly under poor management. Either get more staff to comply with the work load, or do a better job at training your staff. read more

i like going to this starbucks because it is closest to my house and they tend to get my drinks correct... HOWEVER. the new cups are ridiculous. especially if i have to wait an entire hour in the drive thru. and the store is horrendously understaffed. i placed an order at 8:23 and didn't receive it until 9:42 pm. usually if drive thru is that bad i will get out of my car and go inside but there's no where to go once trapped and you're stuck in the line. i had TWO cars in front of me yet waited over an hour just to get to the ordering screen not even the window. by the time i got my drinks in the new cups, the cups are already falling apart and soggy. and the lids are weird. if you order a refresher you can't drink it cause of the inclusions. i think the staff is really sweet and i appreciate their effort but the cups and wait times bc starbucks won't hire adequate staff is a bit ridiculous. please bring back the plastic cups if not going to hire more people. there should be more than 2 people working the night rush and i should be able to drink my overly priced drink :( read more

I recently had a horrible experience with the shift manager Vanessa. My 2 year old was playing her record (flute) keep in mind the place was dead, only a couple were there on their laptops and we spoke with them and they were fine with her playing her flute. Super nice people. A couple minutes late Vanessa confronts us and in a very rude tone tells me to tell my daughter to stop playing the record. Which I wouldn't of mind at all but the way she spoke to me and her actions about that situation was completely unprofessional of her. Unfortunately I had to call corporate that same night to make a report and I also spoke with her manager MJ. Honestly, I'm a huge Starbucks fan. I'm a gold card member and I've been going for years. However, this is the first drive thru Starbucks in my small hometown, and I was very disappointed. I went through the drive thru, and it wasn't super busy so I was excited to get a quick drink before I returned to work, and they didn't fill up my grande drink, and it was also really cold. Highly disappointed by this, considering all the other Starbucks locations are really great. I had not drank anything from getting the drink, and driving home. If you walk inside, it's like an empty warehouse and if you don't have your mask on right or take it down to sip your drink, they will scream at you- nobody within 30 feet. I'd give your location zero stars if I could. I sent a mobile order over to Starbucks on Riverside Dr in Watsonville off of Highway 1 at about 10pm, the app was accepting mobile orders. We arrived less than 10minutes later to a closed lobby and a long drive thru line, and staff would not open the doors to the lobby. We waited in the drive thru line for OVER 30 MINUTES just to get one single drink ordered on the app. This is terrible customer service.
