First of all, this isn't the starbucks in Target as another reviewer said. This is the Starbucks by Habit burger. Anyway, it takes so long to get mobile orders here, either because they aren't made or because you don't know what drink is yours when the sleeve is over the name or your food and drink are on two separate sides of the counter. The Starbucks on Lee Rd organizes orders (food AND drinks) alphabetically which makes it so much easier, every Starbucks should do that, especially this one! read more

I personally like this location a bunch, even though there are lots of negative reviews. I love using this location as a study spot, and though the location has filled up as recently because of its newness, I still think this is a prime location for studying. There are many tables along the back with 3-4 outlets for studying, plus lots of tables around if you are in a group of 4. The people working there are also very nice, as I have experienced and seen from other customers. The bathroom also requires a code, which is nice, and the sink is touchless, though I'm not a huge fan of the air blower in the same spot as the faucet. Other than that, the place is usually pretty clean, and it's easy to find a parking spot. read more

I typically order for order pick up in store, everyone is always so nice. BUT today I decided to order drive thru pick up. I went thru and nicely asked for my order but was yelled at to next time let them know at the drive through ordering screen so they could have it ready but it was already ready since I had only came through once the app told me it was complete. Next time the employee shouldn't be rude and maybe give a friendly reminder of asking to stop at the drive thru window. If I could do 0 stars I would and I will never be back to this location even through it's the closest one to my home. The first two times I came to this location they took a ridiculously long time ~25 minutes to get 1 drink out even though it wasn't busy and one of those times they made my drink incorrectly and damaged my personal cup. I was patient because I had the time and because it's a new location and maybe still figuring things out. The 3rd visit: I went through drive through hoping for a better experience. And I had to repeat my order 4 times (for one drink) to the girl taking my order and she was clearly not paying attention to a thing I was saying even asked "and you said oatmilk right" after the 4th time-- I had not said oatmilk EVER. Today, it got worse (4th visit). I went through the drive through yet again and my god it was the worst experience: I ordered, asked the person helping me to repeat my 1 drink back to me to make sure it was correct and drove up. She opens the window, takes my payment and says "they are working on it" and closes the window. After ~5 minutes, she opens the window and hands me a hot drink when I ordered an iced drink. I told her "my order was for an iced drink not hot." She doesn't say anything, takes the drink and closes the window. I imagine she went to go ask for my iced drink. She comes back after another 5 minutes with a grande size drink about 70% full, dark syrup settled on the bottom of the cup (very clearly not mixed at all). I looked at her and said "are you serious?" even though i didn't intended to say that out loud. She ignores the clear inconsistencies in the drink and says you ordered a tall in a grande cup- and I said yes because I paid for an extra ingredient (cold foam) and wanted there to be room for it. She says "so you want us to add more milk?" I said "is that the only problem you see with this drink?" She closes the door and goes to talk with the girl making the drinks again. After about another 5 min and no drink, I tried to get her attention to just get my money back and leave. Finally, she opens the window and I ask her to cancel my drink and provide me with the manager's name and a refund. She closes the window to do this and that takes about another 5 minutes. By this point customers behind me are honking and upset. She finally comes back and hands me a receipt to sign and informs me that she is the shift manager!!!! I honestly could not believe it. In my experience both inside and from the drive through staff constantly looks like they have all the time in the world and like they have no idea what's going on at the same time. I expressed how poor my experiences are consistently at this location and how that's unfortunate because it's the closest one to my home. This all took at least 20-25 minutes for 1 drink in a drive through with no cars in front of me! Avoid this location. read more

One of the bigger Starbucks and most busy in Watsonville. They have outdoor seating which is nice when the weather cooperates. In a good location next to a Target that also has a Starbucks inside. Since it is busy they tend to run out of ingredients fast especially when their are specials through the app- ie frap base for Frappuccino and refreshers. Workers are nice and willing to help if your drink is wrong or taste off. Not the cleanest just because the foot traffic in here gets busy. But overall a good Starbucks to visit. read more

The was the first Starbucks in town and boy, was it hoppin' when it opened. I think I was still in high school and I still come here once in a while when I meet up with a friend in town to gossip about life. I always feel funny coming here because I swear I'll probably see someone here from high school. Scary!!! You'll see the skaters and their skater girlfriends, the girls with the typical blonde (wanna be) "highlights" but they're not really blond because they're brunettes and don't realize that they look like their other 10 friends with bad dye jobs. Oh, and you can't forget the wanna be "stylish" chicks with the muffin tops because they think they look cute in a size too small pair of trendy jeans that are about a year behind major cities. Oh man, I'm horrible, I'm going to hell for saying this ... Sorry, back to the service ... they're normally pretty good about making my chai lattes and green tea. Seating can be quite limited on evenings, especially Saturday nights when people are out getting drinks. There's additional seating outside which is awesome on those rare warm nights. We stop every single morning on the way to work. True story: one morning there was a school bus in the parking lot and a line 3 miles long inside. Erin (no longer there) saw us in the parking lot waivering on whether to go in or not. I asked for a mango dragon fruit without ice. First she said they were out of the ingredients (which I'm very doubtful for because it was 7 am on a rainy Friday)but then she told me my total will be $15 for a venti mango dragon fruit lemonade no ice which is normally no more than $5. Then she read back my order and had a bunch of items that I didn't add on there and I had to correct the person who was taking my order like 3 or 4 times and she still didn't get it right. It's less than 50° why would I want a drink with extra ice. When I got to my classes I took out the ice and the drink was about 1/4 filled. Every time I've been there I've had to wait 20-40 minutes just to get my drink and they aren't that busy. I've seen people go inside and come out within 10 minutes. I went to this location yesterday (10/28) & today (10/29). Both times my order was slightly wrong. The first time it was missing a shot of espresso and today it was not the size I asked for. The masks and the acrylic divider make it so hard to hear on both sides. Each time the barista happily offered to correct by making an entire new drink. Today was the only noteworthy experience I've had here, and I've been here a lot. The store is always packed, this time the line was short but the orders were long and complexed. I waited around 10 minutes with only 2 parties ahead of me. I expected to wait a similar amount of time to get my iced coffee, but the barista busted out 10+ fraps plus my coffee in lightning speed. They were both friendly and efficient. Minus 1 star because whoever schedules should have more staff at that store (2 staff doesn't cut it). It's always packed, and I understand sick calls etc., and am not familiar with their policy... but in my own work experiences, there's typically a manager (on salary) who is required to step in to help when staffing is inadequate. Also, I tried mobile pickup before I went in, but it wasn't available. When I asked the young woman behind the register, she explained they had run out of labels. (No labels = handwriting names = slower service... in an understaffed, high demand store). So whoever staffs and orders labels might want to step up their game, because it puts an unnecessary strain on their staff and also frustrates customers. read more

Wow! This Starbucks is amazing hands down funnest place to be when you got free time. I never thought I would find myself going to Starbucks Coffee just to 'hang out' The people you should know: Ricardo, Jessica, James, Jean, Spencer, Taylor and Sarah! These Baristas and Shift Supervisors are what make this wheel turn. Not only are they inviting and friendly but they are genuine and I would consider anyone of them a friend. Producing outstanding beverages at a great pace, I know first hand if I come in the evening I'll always get a great beverage. As I read the reviews over and see people complain about the speed of service I laugh. This Starbucks makes about 350 Extra Caramel Caramel Frappaccinos everyday in addition to a "Gratuitous" amount of White Mochas slaging grande Pikes left and right. With that much business the gotta be making something great tasting. This is the ideal 3rd home for me. read more

I don't normally write review for Starbucks in Target, but the girls that helped me were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The expresso machine wasnt working super well and they gave me an extra shot of expresso to make up for it. Also I asked for a splash of soy milk and they gave me a small cup instead, all with a smile instead of the usual snarl that I'm used to elsewhere. Lastly, they made the nicest frap I've seen in a long while. They put gracefully added whip in the middle (never seen that before) and on the top.
