Having a number of errands that weekend and likely not having many meals at home that week, I told them that I'd be by the following week and confirmed they'd be there. I noticed the best by date on the jar and had this to accompany my dinner about a week later. It was delicious and the crunchy veggies gave this a texture that I don't normally find in other versions of this. It was also not overly acidic and tart. I will stop by this stand this morning and likely get another gazpacho while exploring their other offerings.

I ended up purchasing the Tropical Kefir and Blood Probiotic Yogi Tonics, since both are designed to promote gut health and tasted sweet and refreshing. The juices were on the pricey side - each juice cost $12 - but each bottle contains about two servings. I imagine that a full juice cleanse would be quite expensive, but hopefully I can enjoy these on occasion to keep my gut healthy. As soon as I walked in, I received a "hello!" "welcome!" and a happy, cheerful smile. Immediately, I felt so welcomed. I was able to talk to the cashier and get some recommendations and ask her a bunch of questions. I decided to try the lavender vanilla latte, which is a seasonal drink. Wow! I am completely obsessed with the lavender vanilla latte. It was smooth, creamy, delicious, vibrant! I got a sandwich, and it was good, but not the best, so I may have to try a different food item. While I waited, I took a look around. They have gorgeous plants hanging, the decor, the atmosphere, everything about this place is just magnificent. People were sitting down, drinking and talking. As we waited in line for our turn, a line started to form behind us (not a bad sign). Their menu has a bit of everything -- from paletas to ice cream to Mexican snacks to boba. I got a double scoop of their mint chocolate and Oreo ice cream. The mint chocolate ice cream was delicious and had a light mint flavor and pastel green color to it. The chocolate chips were actual chocolate chips and were medium in side (almost like the ones you would use for baking). I enjoyed the ice cream itself but wasn't too big of a fan of the chocolate chips (I prefer the chocolate to be more fine). The Oreo ice cream really lived up to its name. There were tons of Oreo cookies pieces with each bite. The base ice cream itself was a light vanilla flavor, which paired well with the Oreos. I highly recommend the Oreo ice cream flavor. They accept credit card and have plenty of parking since they're tucked to one side of Nob Hill market.
