Ok ok so this little trailer of coffee and pastries was Gooood my wife told me about it, so I was like ok I'll try it and I'm hooked. I get my self a chorizo con papas, a raspberry ice tea, and the wife gets her coffee and pastry which I've tasted and it's delicious. I definitely recommend this little trailer of goodness oh and follow them @humble.Sebi they are usually here next to hospital on certain days in the morning but check there schedule. Oh yeah that chili is perfect with breakfast burrito. OH YEAH BE PATIENT THERES A LOT OF WORKS WHO NEED THEIR COFFEE DRUG FIX LOL AND ONLY TWO WORKERS MAKEING THE FOOD AND DRINKS, ITS NOT STARBUCKS CRAP ITS BETTER I THINK. So have a nice day.

The espresso is amazing, they pull the smoothest shot in town. No bitter or burnt tasting espresso here. My go to is a small iced latte with caramel or vanilla syrup, and don't forget to add-on the best homemade chocolate chip cookie, a scone or almond croissant. The best micro bakery and coffee spot in Santa Cruz Co. Thank you Indelisa and Marc! Check them out instagram @humble.sebi for daily updates!

Best coffee in Watsonville! Please, when I say it, you gotta try it, you do! Great customer service!

Humble sebi has the best coffee and pastry around the town. My favorite pastry is the almond croissant and coffee honestly it is kinda hard to decide all of them are awesome!! But mexican mocha, chai, cafe de la oya are just to the best :) The service is just above and beyond very friendly, and the barista/cheff is just a really bright start with all her pastries and coffee creations, Super awesome! I can not miss my coffee every morning for sure. I love the ambiance cute food truck outside Watsonville hospital, it just perfect to have a break or start your day before work. Thanks Humble Sebi for make my morning better :)

Raspberry latte. Comes aesthetically pink, but I stirred it.

As soon as I walked in, I received a "hello!" "welcome!" and a happy, cheerful smile. Immediately, I felt so welcomed. As I was waiting for my food and my coffee, I heard them say hello to every single person that walked in. I was able to talk to the cashier and get some recommendations and ask her a bunch of questions. I decided to try the lavender vanilla latte, which is a seasonal drink. Wow! I am completely obsessed with the lavender vanilla latte. It was smooth, creamy, delicious, vibrant! I got a sandwich, and it was good, but not the best, so I may have to try a different food item. While I waited, I took a look around. They have gorgeous plants hanging, the decor, the atmosphere, everything about this place is just magnificent. People were sitting down, drinking and talking. One minor setback is the lack of bathrooms. Everyone was cheerful and joyous. Who cares about the sandwich, the coffee was incredibly amazing! I cannot stop thinking about the coffee, and the barista was welcoming every single person that walked in. I cannot stop raving about their coffee. Please do yourself a favor and visit their cafe on your way to the beach.

I ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea, which is described on their website as: "Sweet strawberry and green tea with fresh milk makes the best sweet, creamy, and refreshing drink. Topped with strawberry popping boba." After waiting about 20 minutes for my drink, I was informed they were out of green tea and was offered mango tea as a substitute. While I appreciated being given an alternative, the final drink was nothing like what was advertised. It did not include the strawberry popping boba, and there was nothing creamy about it. The drink tasted bland, watered down, and lacked flavor. I was so disappointed with the drink that I didn't even want to try the banana bread I purchased. After a few sips, the entire purchase went straight into the trash. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't come close to meeting expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

While we didn't see it listed on the menu board, when my wife asked the order taker, she knew exactly what we wanted and told her that the wait would be 15 minutes as they made them to order. OMG, it was beautiful! Loaded with fresh strawberries and just enough glaze to bind it, the glaze did not overwhelm the taste of the strawberries. You can't really slice it as created. Instead, you pick off some of the fruit on top until it's down to a manageable height and then we use a large spoon to parse it out. Whipped cream? Ice cream? Both would be excellent accompaniments to be sure, but we used neither.
