Each empanada had initials stamped so you could identify the types without having to bite in to it. Every detail was well thought out with the customer in mind and I thought that was a great touch. Fast forward to reheating and biting in to the empanadas, I found them to be very flavorful. You could tell the flavors were layered nicely. These were so good I went back the next day and walked away with their large pizza box. I pretty much tried everything that wasn't special order. My preference, but I like that it's baked and not fried. The internal ingredients are more pronounced and not masked with fryer fat.
