Starbucks is Starbucks, therefore coffee was good but... I do not know what happened to Starbucks recently about how they take care of customers. I just ordered a coffee at the counter at this location and was made to wait 20 minutes before I went up to a barista and asked about my brewed coffee, in which she made another barista go and make my coffee, which I had to tell her how I wanted it made again, which I already told them how I wanted it when I made my order. I believe this is corporate's doing and not necessarily the store's fault because they are following what their computer system tells them to do. What happened to the days when you ordered a brewed coffee and they turned around, poured your coffee, and then handed it to you? Easy Peasy. The store has an open warehouse vibe to it and makes you feel like a you are just a box waiting to be shelved. Maybe it's the plaza they are in and the storefronts are designed like that but they could have put a little bit of effort into it to make it feel comfortable. I'm not one of those that sits inside a Starbucks but this one definitely does not feel like they want you in there any longer than to take your money on OVERPRICED drinks. read more

This place have been rude and their always out of stock on straws and they can never get consistently make any drink correctly, its like they were never trained to be barista correctly. Tried to give this place YET ANOTHER try...big mistake. the "store manager" is completely rude upon being spoken to while at the end of the counter. nasty attitude from most other employees limited to a select few. all times i've gotten my salted caramel cold brew with vanilla sweet cream it tastes COMPLETELY different depending on who makes it. ask for it to be remade and be met with a look or a comment. bathroom trash overflowing and never toilet paper. all in all this place is a JOKE read more

After working for the company for 6 years, including at this specific store. I would highly recommend just going to Target Starbucks. You'll get a more accurate drink and overall pleasant experience. I placed a mobile order and accidentally did it as an "in store pick up" and went through the drive thru, a simple mistake. But when I was in the drive thru they not only made me feel bad about coming through DT instead of going inside, they made me wait in the parking lot and then drive back around because my drink was not done yet. 1 drink. This store is BY FAR the worst Starbucks I've been to. These employees are rude, inaccurate and do not follow the company standards, ethics, and policies on how to treat customers. Whoever was working drive thru, 07/10/23, around noon today was very rude and condescending. Woman had hair dyed black & blonde in a messy ponytail. Hair could have fallen into anything she was serving. If this was a manager Starbucks needs to reassess their management criteria. She was sloppy, rude and clearly doesn't know her only job is to be nice and make sure the customers are happy with their experience at this establishment. read more
