I saved the punch cards for a few years until I returned home (been almost 2 years because of Covid). But they would not honor my free cone. It's not a huge deal but if this were my business, I'd just honor it for the loyal customer who obviously has frequented this location over the years. I was not appreciative of the way she told me too, I'm a humiliating tone, "um we haven't accepted punch cards for four years..." I think we will just stick with Dairy Queen from now on unless management makes this right somehow. I'll do my best to contact them but am not going to waste a lot of energy doing it. It was a hot one out today, I wish I had known about Terri's earlier because we would have gotten lunch there too instead of eating festival food in the scorching sun. This is somewhere I'd definitely stop again!
