There were a few spots left when we parked (but considering the time and day, the parking lot is plenty big). We ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese and a maple cinnamon roll. If anybody remembers the McDonald's Cinnamelt from back in the day, this treat tasted extremely similar to that (man I miss the Cinnamelt)!! To drink, we got an iced americano which was tasty and a hot matcha (sweetened by default). The matcha was decent by coffee shop standards. Nothing crazy, but if you're not a coffee person, it's a solid option. We spent about an hour hanging out, and even though the line got long at times, it moved quickly, and the seating never filled up. All in all, Fuel Coffee Works was a great place to stop in!

As 16oz, it was well blended with plenty of Reese's in the mix. Would recommend here when you need a pick-me-up and are on the road.

The same Iron Star that owns Coffee Tree shops. If this coffee is any indication, I think I need to visit Coffee Tree again. It's been a while. Anyway, I had a really good cup of coffee and a peanut butter and jelly cookie. No complaints on the cookie, but I wish they had some breakfast sweets like scones or cinnamon rolls. I said this shop is a little one - more specifically, the interior is small. They have a good number of outdoor seating options, which were not in use at 3:00 on a cool November afternoon. But over the summer, this would absolutely be a great spot to sit down, sip your drink, and either prep for a hike or recover after one. The staff were very nice and welcoming when I stopped in a couple of weekends ago. I ordered a lavender latte and got a couple of cute stickers for good measure. I didn't get any food or snacks, but I did note that there are some nice options here that I'd like to sample in the future! The latte itself was delicious, with the right mix of coffee, milk, and flavoring for me. I then enjoyed my coffee while strolling on one of the easier trails - it was so relaxing and was the perfect way to end my weekend. (Don't worry: my trash made it back to my car and didn't become litter in our beautiful state park!) I would absolutely come here again, and love knowing that there's a cute coffee shop to help kick off or wrap up a nice afternoon on the trails.
