The selection of ice cream is more than ample and the prices don't break the bank like many tourist-centered locations can do. And over the course of at least five visits across multiple years, I have never experienced slow, grumpy, or impatient service. Any frustration here is likely to come from other patrons rather than those behind the counter. And fair enough, it is the first time visiting for the tourists who often make up the clientele. There can also be big intergenerational groups where getting all the orders organized in a timely manner can be a challenge. But honestly, hopefully you are on vacation as well so where do you really need to be? There are a few tables inside and out so take a load off if you need to.
