Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. only complaint is about the online ordering system. A pickup time is provided, but it seems like they make the drinks the second the order comes through anyway, and so by the time you go to pick them up they're lukewarm or the ice is melted and the drink is watered down. And you can't go pick it up earlier because then your food usually isn't ready, depending on how busy they are. Drinks should be made closer to pickup time to preserve quality. read more

This review covers the lack of folliwing sanitary procedures and extremely slow service. The "barista" did not change his gloves or wash his hands in a little over a 30 minute time span. He not only made drinks, but rang up customers, changed out items off the shelf, tossed items in the trash, handled cash among other tasks, while never changing gloves. YUCK!!! It took over 30 min to get the "special" then it was cold and didn't taste good. The seating is sparse and cramped. read more

I'm normally loyal to Starbucks, but the closest one to my house is a half hour away-not convenient for daily use. This place is a nice substitute! It's quaint and cozy inside, with a random collection of tables, couches, and chairs. They offer a few board games and puzzles, some coloring and stuff for kids. They have different blends of coffee as well as many different lattes, cappuccinos, etc. they have a small menu, mostly sandwiches(the ones I have tried have been delicious) and they have desserts as well. Staff is always super friendly, and the place is clean and quiet. A great place to hang out and read or work while you enjoy your coffee. The parking situation isn't the best, there's only a couple spaces in the lot, and if you park there you have to back out right into the street right at the intersection, but you can also park on one of the nearby streets and walk less than half a block to get there, you'll just have to cross a sometimes busy street. But it's worth it! read more

My life is one long road trip of finding coffee houses. Found this little gem thanks to google while taking the backroads home from vacation. I drove by it the first time, but we were able to find it on the second pass. I loved the cozy, inspiring vibe as soon as I walked in! The staff was friendly and patient with my large crew as they asked questions to figure out what to order. As soon as Brian mentioned they did pour-overs, I knew I was in for a treat. I'm a pour-over snob, and I enjoyed supporting a shop that knows coffee and strives to serve their customers! The food was awesome too! Frittata minus green pepper was appreciated and a winner! My crew got breakfast sandwiches, hibiscus tea, chocolate milk, and coffee. They've had quite a bit of coffee shop experience too, and this place was a top pick for all of us. It's 2.5 hours away, but we will find a path to get back there. read more

Great experience and knowledgeable staff. I am on a Keto lifestyle and was thrilled to see Keto options for my coffee. I was referred to try the Breve and it was amazing with their sugar free syrups. I had never had black dog coffee and it did not disappoint either! We'll definitely be going back to try more options and love to shop local to help a small business. read more

This is a really cool cafe with a very fun rustic vibe. It is mostly like a barn wood look which is very different than most cafe's in the western MD/Keyser area so that's a fun characteristic to this place! There isn't a lot of parking out front so that is a slight drawback but there is a lot across the street that I believe you can park in. The coffee here is one of my favorites to get. If you like drinks super sweet, I would recommend getting some extra syrup to make it a little sweeter but I personally prefer that they aren't super sweet! The espresso is a nice, bold flavor that is very good. I got the iced vanilla latte with almond milk. The almond milk they use doesn't give it a sour taste, it still tastes fine. The regular milk is a little creamier in the latte but that is expected to happen. The workers are always so friendly which is why I like coming here. They have the best attitudes and you leave with a little smile. I definitely recommend going here, the coffee has never disappointed and it just a nice little spot to relax at. read more

When I cam back to Keyser to visit with family this winter, I had to make sure my trip included a stop at Queen's Point Coffee. As I walked into the building, I took an even better look at the beautiful mural that had been painted there. The more and more I looked at the mural, the more at home and at peace I felt. The mural really captures the essence of West Virginia. I then proceeded to the main ordering/eating area. I was greeted with a warm smile and service that was unbeatable. I was unaware that the shop had started serving lunch sandwiches, in which I had a difficult time choosing which one to order. Every sandwich sounded so amazingly divine and made with love in its own individual way. I finally decided on the 'Johnny Appleseed'. Oh. My. Goodness. What a sandwich. This sandwich might have well been the single best sandwich I have ever eaten. This gift from Heaven consisted of fresh turkey, sweet honey mayonnaise, crisp thin sliced green apples, all put on freshly baked sweet raisin bread, from Marla's Bakery. When I took my first bite of the mouth watering meal, I immediately said, "I need more of this." "This is the best sandwich of all time." "Praise be to the sandwich." I could not comprehend the beauty and magic work before me. I wanted to share my experience with the whole world. I promptly contacted my family that was still on its way to Keyser from Indiana, telling them that they should be prepared for the best sandwich of their lives, from the best coffee shop of our time. In addition to my immaculate sandwich, I ordered an Arnold Palmer, which made me feel refreshed and soothed. I soon ordered another sandwich which I devoured given the circumstances. When I was heading out the door, I told the workers how much I enjoyed the perfect sandwich. I told them I could not wait to come back with the rest of my family to show them how amazing the meal was. As always, Queen's Point Coffee has outdone every other restaurant. My experience last week has influenced me to make the decision that this restaurant will hold the title as my favorite restaurant of all time. The only direction for this beautiful, homey, amazing coffee shop, is up. I wish them the best in all future business and that they prosper in the new year. I will DEFINITELY be back soon. read more

Excellent atmosphere, service, and coffee! They have a wide variety of coffee based drinks as well as your usual muffins/donuts. They also have frittata and quiche that are excellent with plans to add more food items in the future. If you are in Keyser or nearby Queens Point is worth a visit. read more
