I ordered the $6 meal, Med coffee; Bacon, egg, cheese bagel, hash browns. The browns were over-cooked and "hard." The sandwich had a very tiny piece of bacon. The coffee was good, but too hot to drink right away. The staff was friendly, but never once washed their hands. One guy went out & in the store 2x, all were on their phones, and never washed hands before preparing drinks, serving donuts, etc. Maybe time for a visit from the health dept. The interior, seating area, appeared clean. Probably will not return. read more

I've always been a fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but today I experienced the best customer service I've ever received at any fast food restaurant. One of the kindest employees I've ever met, who knows I'm a regular, saw me sitting in my car and took the initiative to offer to make my coffee and bring it out to me. I was truly humbled by the gesture. I can't recall a time when a fast food place has ever gone out of their way like that--certainly not even when I used to visit McDonald's regularly. If I had called McDonald's with a broken leg, they'd likely laugh at the idea of bringing my order outside! Dunkin' Donuts in Cumberland has completely won me over. The staff here are incredible, and I'll never go anywhere else for my coffee. read more

The service at this place is about as bad as it gets. Rude staff, rushing you, gets orders wrong and then you complain and the manager is even worse. Whoever owns this Dunkin better get new staff or this place will lose all its business. Really bad! read more

Very friendly service! The interior was exceptionally clean. We had practically no wait for our food and beverages. The location is also one of the coolest Dunkin's I've been to. It's in a boring, bare strip mall but it's right at the bottom of a huge mountain and there's a peaceful creek right next to it (although road noise interferes with the natural sounds of rushing water). If I worked here, I'd sit by the creek during my lunch breaks and look for fish and turtles. It'd make me happy everyday. read more

Every time I have been here, I have just never had any issue. I do credit ordering ahead in the mobile app for that - but truly there is a young lady who works there; glasses, early 20's, streaks in her hair and works morning shifts as often as I see here. She is ALWAYS THERE and deserves a raise. Always treats me kindly and the management should be grateful she's there if she treats everyone like she treats me. I wish I knew her name but I do know she has a puffy animal toy on her car key ring as I have seen her outside of work. Hopefully she or someone sees this. read more

I meant to update this a while back. The owners here are South Asian, and that's not a problem, but they've been buying up businesses left and right in Frostburg and La Vale and running them into the ground. The only people who work for them is their large extended family who all moved up here, and they all act pretty rude and nasty- they looked over everyone up here and people who have needed jobs for years, and that's wrong. I know I will not patronize any of their businesses and will let others know and the businesses they have taken over and overall are taking advantage of people. read more

VERY happy to discover a new Dunkin has been added beyond Hagerstown on our way to Deep Creek Lake. I only found it because I was on the Dunkin app and it came up as an option. There isn't even a sign for it on the highway! The girl working the drive thru was very nice, my order was accurate and tasted great. It was very easy to hop off and back onto the highway. This Dunkin looks like the nicest thing in the shopping center, but at least there is a light to easily make a left turn out of the lot. read more

Owner and family running the store. Not friendly and looks like they're bothered to be working there. Order a medium chai tea latte and he asked how I wanted it. I said with vanilla. With attitude asked hot or cold which I couldn't understand him at first. While waiting for my drink I saw him drop a bag on munchkins on the floor and then give it to a customer behind me. He served others their drinks and the asked what I was waiting on. I told him again and he made me my drink. He gave me a small. I asked if it was a medium. It was not. Then he was aggravated that I wanted a medium. He then asked got my receipt because he couldn't find it on the order menu. Ugh!!!! The he took the drink back and just added more cream. I normally take my 3 year old granddaughter for munchkins every Saturday morning. However, today is the last time. I was at the pick up window waiting for my food and two employees were casually talking and one of the employees dropped the F bomb---while my granddaughter was in the car! I'll never go there again! I've been here several times. No one is ever courteous, polite or friendly. They look miserable, unhappy and generally angry to be waiting on you. Today, I stood at the donut counter for 5 minutes, while two women just stood there looking at the door. No one attempted to even assist me. One young girl/worker was playing with her foot at one of the tables. I just walked out. I love Dunkin' coffee, but the owner and his family are awful. After several terrible experiences, I'm done. They absolutely have no idea how to give good customer service and run a business. Sad. read more

I am on a crusade to check-in to every DD in the world. I was excited that one opened in LaVale, MD as my church youth group goes to Western Maryland every year. This DD is in a decent location, looks amazing from the outside and inside. It was well-staffed and it was busy. They mixed up my order and gave me a hot black coffee instead of a butter pecan iced coffee (uhhhh...), but that's okay. Once I informed them they responded quickly and were apologetic. read more

I give this a one star review because we ordered two sweetened teas and we got two unsweetened teas and she didn't give us are straws.

I am glad there's a dunkin in our area now, but I've had poor experiences here time after time. The staff has been rude. Ignoring my thanks. Handing me my order while carrying a conversation with a coworker, not even pausing to say anything to me. I have been straight up ignored as well, with nothing more than a "your total is..." with no other dialogue afterwards, only my monologue. Customer service needs improvement. read more
