Accessible both from Deep Creek Drive and Garrett Highway, the coffee shop has a modest menu and a small selection of pastries. There is patio seating. The parking lot is gravel, so unmarked lanes and haphazard parking. My friend ordered a large coffee, but it was smaller than a small at other places. The service was fast and friendly.

Beautiful spot. But be prepared to wait...outside. My caramel latte was too sweet for my preference. You could t taste coffee. Some people prefer that, it's not my taste. Our sandwiches were very good, we got the breakfast ciabatta. Now it was Fourth of July weekend but they are no busier than everywhere else. Plenty of staff working. 20 minute wait to order. 40 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches. They only permit five people inside at a time and the have the inside dining area closed. Honestly I would prefer to rate this 3.5 stars because the food quality was good. Just too long to wait.

    The monstrosity

While we understand that it's a busy holiday weekend, the service and the product itself was absolutely unacceptable. After waiting 1 hour to get our sandwiches, this is the monstrosity that was delivered to us. This "avocado ciabatta" that I paid an extra $6 for to include bacon and chicken was supposed to include red peppers and chipotle Mayo and yet, it's the driest sandwich I've ever seen holding leftover day-old bacon and canned chicken on soggy wheat bread. Nothing about this is a respectful for a paying customer who waited twice as long for our food and witnessed car loads of customers get their orders who were serviced after us. The worst part is that due to COVID, we were asked to wait outside for our meal. While we're normally very accommodating and patient people, the staff clearly took advantage of the fact that we were out of sight and out of mind. After lying to our faces twice, telling us that they had already made our food, they then let us know that the order receipt "fell behind the counter" causing them to skip over us. It was very apparent that they then threw together makeshift meals in response to us asking where our food was 45-mins into our wait in a rush to close the restaurant. We understand being busy and understaffed, but we do not and will never understand overcharging for a meal that a four year old could have made at pre-school. The only blessing about this place was the pre-bagged dill flavored chips that I had to add to the sandwich to make it tolerable.

Food was decent but the wait was too long. 40 min for 2 sandwiches and a salad? No thanks.

Good breakfast and lunch. Always great soups. Make sure to get there early as they are not open for dinner.

Good coffee. Nice outside seating. But I wish they let us have free refills, especially since the service is slow.

Iced coffee sizes were pretty small. Food was decent. Bakery was very good. Overall, not a lot of food options for breakfast.

Don't go hungry. I had to wait 30 minutes for a bowl of chili that tasted like tomato bisque with beans.

Mid Atlantic Market - Pepperoni roll dissection from Mid Atlantic Market, Morgantown

I heard this was THE place to go for pepperoni rolls, and it did not disappoint. 5/5 easily! I…read moretried both the provolone and mozzarella options, and the cheese was absolutely on point. The bread had a nice crispness to it, and honestly, they tasted just as good the next day. The price was great for the quality you get. I didn't catch the cashier's name, but she was a total delight and had me laughing throughout the transaction. If you're looking for an authentic pepperoni roll experience, this is the spot.

I was here because I asked and Google told me that of all the pepperoni rolls in Morgantown, this…read moreplace was voted as having the best. I didn't have any others, so I don't know if this is "the best" but it was definitely very good. Don't be put off by the gas station that hosts this display. One of the best fried chicken places in Charlotte is in a gas station so I've learned to ignore appearances and simply judge based on the experience. Right in front of the door when walking in is the display of pepperoni rolls. Clearly marked with the type of cheese - pepper jack, provolone, asiago - and the ones with banana peppers or ghost peppers, I opted for a traditional with mozzarella and no peppers. I paid for it at the register and ate it in the van. It was delicious. Cheesy, meaty, oily, greasy, delicious. I can understand why "pepperoni rolls" are the West Virginia delicacy. This is drippy food. The cheese and the meat are stuffed inside the roll much like a mini calzone. And the greasy dripping is quite susceptible to gravity. So be prepared for that.
