How does this location have such poor reviews? We had the best experience here!! My dad and I stopped for a quick snack, and sat outside with our dog. I loved that they had picnic tables here with umbrellas! The employees were honestly some of the nicest people I've ever met.. everyone was so excited to say hi to our dog, and even gave him a pup-cup! We ordered some of their seasonal mango drinks, which I thought were perfect! My dad loved his doughnuts, and I ordered a small breakfast wrap which was great too! So, my husband and I just went here. we went threw the drive threw and my husband very clearly said to the girl that we wanted two(2) LARGE strawberry dragonfruit with the lemonade. The girl then says do you want the "green tea or lemonade". My husband AGAIN said lemonade. We pulled up to the window and the girl says "did you say large or medium" my husband is annoyed at this and just says medium. She doesn't do anything on the screen. We got our drinks immediately. When we get our drinks they were in a medium cup and had the green tea instead of the lemonade. Visited here twice and both visits were great - got coffee both times and drinks and donuts the second time. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. We were buying assorted donuts for the nursing staff at the facility where my father is and everyone loved the donuts. Dunkin has by far the best unsweet tea, it's my favorite of any "fast food" type establishment. The unsweet tea here was as good as always. Great location, plenty of parking, fast drive through and also fast in-store service. Will definitely return when I'm back in Uniontown! read more

Nice quick staff who get your donuts for you and are patient while the numerous decisions are among the donut cases at this store. Once construction to the road is complete, I think access to this location will be less cumbersome for residents and visitors to the stores in this part of town. read more

I used to be an east coast guy, so I'm used to Dunkin Donuts... I think that being in Seattle, the coffee capital of America, has spoiled me a bit. No, I'm not a half caff, soy latte, no whip, and all sorts of other funky slang coffee drinker--I take my coffee black. Can't beat 2.35 for the XL coffee, but it just doesn't taste right to me. Too hot that it burned the grinds. And just nothing to the seasoning of the roast. Enjoy Dunkin, UT... I'll keep my Starbucks. The drive thru has a tendency to be very busy but it's still way faster than going inside. My iced coffee always tastes the way that I like it. I really want to like DD. But unfortunately every time I go there and get some coffee it really isn't that good. I like the DD ground coffee you buy in stores, but when they make it I feel like they mess it up. It's got a old/burnt taste likes it been around all day. Their frozen and iced drinks aren't too bad cause of all the added flavors I guess, but occasionally that burnt flavor comes through and ruins the whole drink. The one day I wanted an ice tea and I had to stop at this store. The bathroom was horrible, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and the toilet was backed up. The service was as positive as the bathroom. It took 20 minutes to get an iced tea and then there was no sugar or straws available for the customers. Poor excuse for a restaurant. read more

Ok first, a little history. The city of Uniontown had a dunkin donuts years ago when I was a kid. 1970 thu the early 90's. it was closed down due to health violations, it was on the local paper and the chain pulled the restaurant. It was a sad day for u-town. So all these years we had to go to neighboring towns to get our dunkin donuts or make do w/ YummYumm donuts. Flash forward to 2014, Uniontown is finally getting its dunkin back! Hooray! So on opening day I and my friend went to the brand new Dunkin Donuts with our hearts fill w/joy and our mouths watering( coz it was lunch time). Well let me tell u how this went down...when we got there they were abt 90% out of donuts, they had no varieties left! All they had was glazed and a few cake. It was like the people that are running it had no idea that they were gonna get a crowd on the day of their Grand Opening!! So we ordered 2 blueberry cake and one glazed and 2 iced vanilla iced coffees. The server gave us two black coffees w/no sugar over ice...huh? who the freak has to tell u to add cream and sugar to iced coffee? i have never had to say that when i ordered ice coffee in my whole life! That's what iced coffee is! SUGER AND CAFFEINE WITH CREAM!!! Even when she added the cream and sugar my friends coffee still tasted awful coz it wasn't mixed properly! So when we finally bit into our donuts we knew immediately that these were not dunkin donuts standard of donuts! They tasted like they had been made that morning abt 6am and it was now abt 2:30 pm and the also tasted like they had been mixed wrong, the flavor was off! These donuts tasted more like Wal-Mart day old donuts than dunkin donuts! we were so disappointed but i thought its the first day lets give it some time. Once again stopped into Dunkin Donuts Uniontown to find as I am sure many off you know by now they have no donuts, they had in there store a whole 5 bagels and 3 muffins, not one darn donut, This was at 7pm on a Saturday evening. My wife wanted a coffee so as a joke I asked her (knowing only too well that it was not going to happen as they never have Donuts) to try once again to get a dozen Donuts when she went in.
