The wings were a good size, seemed to be cooked well, and I really liked the Cajun Ranch flavor. Unfortunately, they arrived ice cold. I also would have preferred the wings actually tossed in the sauce instead of having it poured over the top. My kids got the chicken tenders and fries. They were decent, but those also arrived cold. I also ordered the 8-inch Rooster-style Italian. I didn't realize "Rooster style" meant it would come between pizza dough instead of being a traditional hoagie. Interestingly, this was actually piping hot when it arrived, while the wings, chicken tenders, and fries were cold. I'm not really sure how that happened. The sandwich itself was okay, but it was very dough-heavy and I wish the meat had been spread more evenly throughout. Next time I'd probably just order the regular Italian hoagie. The biggest disappointment was my wife's Buffalo chicken salad. The chicken didn't seem to have any Buffalo sauce on it, the bacon was missing, and both containers of ranch had opened during delivery and spilled all over everything. Our delivery was also about 25 minutes late. Someone did call beforehand to let me know there was an issue with the driver, which I appreciated, although I didn't realize it would end up being that late. I called the restaurant about the salad and spoke with a manager. He offered to replace the entire order even though I was only asking to have the salad replaced. They got the replacement out to us pretty quickly, around 15 minutes later. I definitely appreciate the manager taking responsibility and making an effort to correct the situation. Overall, this particular order was disappointing, especially with most of the food arriving cold and the issues with the salad. The manager's response and willingness to make things right is a big reason I'm giving this experience 3 out of 5 stars. I'd still be willing to give Rooster's Roost another try dining in. The wings were big, the Cajun Ranch flavor was good, and I have a feeling the experience would be much better getting everything fresh and hot at the restaurant.

Following Yelp reviews we made a list and then checked it twice, yup for real with a local who works at the Hilton in Uniontown. When went with low to medium expectations and had that blown away as soon as Kameron made his intro never saying no to anything we were asking about. For our dinner we started with the crab special, gorgeous chunks of finished in a balsamic reduction. For my main, I had the walleye special and the fish was cooked to perfection very lightly breaded lightly fried, extremely moist, tender, and very tasty and beautifully plated against the side of vegetables. My wife had grilled chicken penne à la vodka that she absolutely loved. We were on such a good role and enjoying ourselves with our bottle of wine as well that we decided to order coffee sides with espresso and a lemon Raspberry cake that our surprise was so amazing. After she told us she was only refunding $14 of the approx $26 that was owed, we tried to explain that the math wasnt right. She told us we werent getting the refund or our food (that was apparently sitting at their store). This was the WORST experience we have ever had and will never order from this store again.

I tried the Mongolian/Sushi bar in the back of the place and the chef whipped up a delicious beef dish in which I picked the beef and vegatables. Get the butter and teriyaki sauce for that particular freshly made to order disk. The buffet itself has so many selections that would satisfy even the pickiest eater. Thank you to the owner who cares enough to teach his chefs how to make quality Chinese food. And for the real picky eater, spareribs are available and fresh delicious chicken wings.
