Pair the dish with sides to make it interesting. It just felt lazy and boring, very much turning into a boomer restaurant where the deal is "big portions" and not "th highest quality and vibrant food we can make". The food was good, not great, and for the price tag I'd have expected fresh, all natural, ingredient shining food, but what we got was hot, mediocre flavor wise, and food that has low self esteem. Not to mention our salad lettuce was legitimately brown wilted, very visible from the plater/server prospective, but they sent it out anyway. This may be the reason both my wife and I's guts were wrenching all night, as it was the only common thing we ate.
