Updated review - much better experience today. Really lovely employee rang us up and prepped our order. Quick wait time, shake looked delicious and the burger was very much enjoyed by the person that we bought it for. The fries were for my hubby and I and they were the perfect size and very good! Only drawback - Five Guys is so darn expensive. $18 for one burger (no condiments), one shake and a small fry. We'll continue to visit this spot for the occasional treat for my dad :) read more

I tried to order from this restaurant on GrubHub and I never got my food. Nobody ever told me it wasn't going to be delivered. I sat there and waited for 90 minutes and then I called and it was just an incredibly awful experience. I'm disabled and I've been working so much today that I really can't drive and my body hurts all over. And the whole thing is got canceled and now I get to eat a handful of peanuts for dinner. I really don't see what all the hype is about five guys...the burgers were okay but I've definitely had better. We ordered online for pickup and by the time I opened my burger I realized that they had forgotten all of my condiments and the onion so I basically just had a dry burger with a piece of lettuce. Not worth it at all especially considering how overpriced they are. I couldn't do anything about it either since we were already back on the highway on our way home. My fiance and I ate here once before years ago. We just ordered pick up today and we forgot just how good it tastes. To quote my fiance, "I forgot how badly I needed this in my life." Very happy they opened this location. I've been to a few other Five Guys restaurants and suffered very long waits and greasy fries. This location does it right! The staff is always friendly and full of jokes and smiles. The food is always on point and they know what you're expecting with it being made to order. The wait is only as long as your order should be for a fresh burger and fries. They don't burn them or saturate them in grease either! terrible. do NOT go here. there were multiple people who came in with doordash orders that they "never got". employees are super rude, like ridiculously rude. i said i was there for a doordash, they told me okay. after 20 minutes of standing there like an idiot, they tell me "sir we have no doordash orders at this time". it is absurd. never, ever go here read more

My wife stopped there at the UNIONTOWN pa location and she asked me what I wanted I have heard of this place and always wanted to eat there but never had the chance so she got me a double burger with bacon and mushrooms and when I got home from work I was excited to try it I sat down and after I ate the delicious burger I had to call the restaurant and let them know how amazing the food was it was the absolute most delicious burger I have ever had it was the best on the phone I spoke to the manager and he was kind and respectful my wife said also that the service was great I can't wait to eat another burger from their cause if it not from 5 guys I don't want it I will only eat five guys burgers from now on if it not five guys burger it not a burger and it was nice speaking to Mike on the phone from 5 guys I can't wait to shake his had and tell him thank you for the best burger ever read more
