Stopped here for a weekend dinner with a friend. The food wasn't quite up to my standards. I had a side of Mac and cheese which seemed to be nearing the end of the batch. Mine seemed to be pulverized and not recognizable as a noodle. My girlfriend also had Mac and cheese and hers was overly watery. There were also a few service issues with ensuring we received everything we ordered. I would sum it all up to being a mediocre meal from a generic chain restaurant. We like to eat at Chili's in our hometown and thought we'd give this location a go. So glad that we did! The decor is very updated, bright and modern. The lighting at dinner time was actually a bit too bright but that's an easy thing to overlook. We were seated right away, very friendly host. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive and we chatted about NC and her visit to our home state. We ordered our usual (free) chips and salsa, hubby got his guacamole that he loves. Chili's chips are seriously delicious. Ordered a sirloin tonight and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. My sides were yummy. Hubby got his usual - trio fajitas. Everything was delicious. I ordered an alcoholic drink, a very rare occurrence. It was delicious! Overall, great staff, good food, clean restaurant. All good! We'll be back next time we are in town. read more

Welcome to Chilis! (I had to). Chilis is underrated and it shouldn't be. This location is clean, the management is great and food is always a pleasure. I normally get the skillet fajitas and every time they are a joy to eat. What'a great about this location is that it's normally never busy for some reason. That was terrible for having a lot of seafood on the menu I wish they knew how to clean the mud veins in the crawfish this isn't the 1st time. So this was our second time eating at this location, the first time was when they first opened and it was pretty much a disaster but we always give most places a a shot at redeeming itself! So do to Covid restrictions and just opening we figured it would be busy but there was an hour wait (I guess everyone decided to go out to eat at the exact time as us,lol) but we waited just because! Well let me say, we were celebrating my wife's 50th Birthday and I whispered to the host why we were there! So there were 7 of us, we were seated with menu's in hand immediately with drink orders within a minute and our food orders also in perfect time! Our waitress Ashley was Amazing, she went above and beyond to make our experience perfect! So let me tell you their chips and Salsa are Awesome and Addicting, everyone's food was spot on and Delicious, 3 people got the Chicken, Bacon Quesadillas, 3 people got the Chicken Crispers with different flavors and I had to be myself and get a Burger (Smokehouse)! So after we were finished eating we were just sitting there relaxing when the Awesome Staff surprised my wife Singing "Happy Birthday " and carrying a Dessert! So Awesome!! The dinner was the full sized portion- I had the chicken crispers and originally they are $10.59 on the menu but ordering them through the 3 for $10 was such a steal! Went to chili's last night with my boyfriend on 1-19-2019 and had a wonderful time. We both ordered sirloin steaks I ordered a six once and my boyfriend ordered a 10 once with loaded mashed potatoes. I had the broccoli and my boyfriend had the rice. Each out us ordered the full set of shrimp. Our food was cooked very well and I enjoyed every minute of it. We also had margaritas as well and nachos as an appetizer. Our waiter Ryan was super awesome and attentive. We always liked the Chili's in Uniontown, PA and every time we wanted to go out to eat, that was our first choice!!! However, this last experience was horrible and we will not be going there weekly like my parents always have done. First, we were asked if we wanted chips and salsa and we said Yes as we always did because we have always used our member reward to get them. If you changed your rules, why wouldn't you say something about it when you ask about the chips and salsa and inform people they will have to pay for the chips and salsa. After we ate half the chips, she proceeds to tell us when we are ordering that we will have to pay for the chips and salsa since we are ordering the 3 for me deals and we chose salads. One of us didn't get the three for me deal so it didn't make sense. We mentioned this and she said then we wouldn't pay for the chips and salsa but when the bill came, we were charged for them. She also charged us $3.95 per child drink even though it says the kids meals come with drinks and she was trying to justify that which made no sense and didn't take the drinks off the bill. Our salads came out only minutes before our meal when in the past they never took that long to come out. Also, we asked for a refill on our chips and salsa and never received it. When my meal came out, it didn't have my ranch dressing and I had to get up and look for her to ask for it and to also tell her my daughter received the wrong meal. She never brought the ranch. When she finally replaced my daughter's incorrect meal, I had to remind her that I asked for ranch dressing. The overall experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. read more

Worst dining experience in some time. Found hair in not one but TWO of our dishes. They replaced one (with a lessor dish) and were told that the other would be refunded. Prior to paying we were told that there would be a $25 discount but then asked to pay via the on-table kiosk since using a card. No discount was given. Would not discount after paying. I was there this afternoon we both had a half a rack of ribs french fries and coleslaw The ribs were so dry it out and tough you couldn't even chew them French fries were Decent the coleslaw was so thick So course with absolutely no taste when we explain to the waitress that our meat was so over cooked and dried out ! They probably kept it in the microwave too long , so she said her manager would make us new ribs So when we receive the second plate it tasted like hot water soaked very bland ribs ! Their original rib sauce was so vinegary it almost tasted spoiled, my friend asked for another soda, so when the server come back and slammed it on the table remind me of last call at a bar !! Ordered the three for me meal. I selected soup as my appetizer. The server brought our drinks right away. We waited and waited but no soup. She brought our entrees and my cheeseburger was burned to a crisp. I took a bite and it was almost inedible. It was burned so badly that it crunched when I tried to chew it. The burger was dry and tasteless. Couldn't find our server but asked the lady was was busing an adjacent table to have her come by. When she finally arrived I pointed to the black crust and told her that was unsatisfactory. And I also said I didn't get my soup. She left and after a lengthy wait a man whom I later learned was the manager brought my soup. No apology for the delayed delivery but left it and went away. When my burger arrived it was a twin of the first. I tried to eat but just put it aside. I told my server it was unacceptable. She returned and said the manager would comp my meal. While visiting relatives in Uniontown, we decided to try the new Chili's. We were seated right away, and a server took our drink order shortly afterward. Then we perused the menus over and over and over for about 10 minutes because our server disappeared. She finally stopped by and said she'd be back in a minute to take our order. Instead she was seating people and waiting on people in other sections because they were so short-handed, and another 5 minutes or more passed before we were able to order. Meanwhile the manager who seated us stood around doing nothing. After placing our order, it took about 30 minutes to get our food, which was mediocre at best. The chicken avocado sandwich had almost no avocado on it, and the onion rings were cold. Trying to pay the check proved to be another adventure. It took forever to get our server's attention to bring the check. When she did, it was incorrect. Our order was combined with another table's order on the check. After that was straightened out and we went to leave, we tried to tell the manager about our experience, but he completely ignored us and walked away when we approached him and said we wanted to speak to him. read more

This was my third and final visit to this Chili's location. I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt because their food has trumped the negative parts of my experience. Each time I've been here the front of the house SUCKED. Neglectful to the point where I wait 15 minutes to be greeted, 10 to get my drink and easily an hour for food. This current time all of the above situations occurred AND my appetizer was incinerated after sitting below the heat lamp for god who knows how long. 5 minutes after my app came out, my ordered medium steak which was easily rare made an appearance.
