I did an online order for a chimichanga dinner. First issue - The restaurant advertises "curbside pickup" (there's a sign on their building), yet there's no follow through on that when you do an online order. There's zero info about how the curbside works. I added a comment to my order asking about it and never heard from anyone in the restaurant. I ended up picking up my order inside the restaurant. I don't appreciate tipping for service that is advertised, but not provided. Second issue - Every chimichanga I've ever had has been fried, except at this place. An unfried chimichanga is basically a burrito. I ordered a chimichanga dinner and basically got two burritos instead. Overall the taste/quality of the dinner was average. I've only eaten here twice. Both times were very good. My wife loves the guacamole at the table. The service was spot on. The waiter checked on us many times. This is a place that lacks in words and charm. The hostess was disinterested. We were seated in the bar area. It's a "worn" establishment with lots to be desired. Menu is extensive and everything is priced accordingly. We chose chicken fajitas + fixings, tacos al pastor with side of rice and refried beans, a side of guacamole and 2 Margaritas: strawberry and mango peach. All came up to $49. The margaritas were undrinkable - it was as if the drink was syrup with a dash of alcohol (the latter, barely noticeable). Don't get me wrong, I like a sweet cocktail, but this was plain nasty. Food arrived within 5 min. Seems everything is premade ready to be loaded onto plates. Our food choices were tasteless. Best Mexican restaurant in Uniontown. Here for Valentines Day and was seated quickly. Best chips and salsa. Salsa has the perfect heat. My shrimp fajita burrito was phenomenal. Pretty good lunch here. Local place right on Main Street. Much better than other Mexican restaurant right down the street. Hubby liked his fajitas Texas, I liked my enchiladas. Downside is their chips are not salted enough and are way too thick. Salsa tasted like out of a jar. Fast and friendly service. Very attentive server. Lunch was pricey as lunch prices only valid during week. We'd definitely visit here again next time we're in Uniontown. read more

I was in Uniontown for the first night of a bachelor party and we all made our way to Fiesta Azteca for dinner. Inside was a decently large setup and the group of us sat at a big table together. We ordered a few drinks some chicken tacos. The tacos were really good and the salsa provided with them was extremely spicy and I loved ever minute of it! We ended up hanging out there for a few hours and the staff was very accommodating in checking on us and getting our group what we needed. This was a solid local place to eat it. It had its own unique Mexican flavors and the price was very reasonable. I don't know how much else is around Uniontown but this place was great to hang out, relax, and catch up with a group of people I hadn't seen in a very long time. read more

When we lived in Uniontown, Fiesta was our go to place for Mexican food. Their menu has so many choices, some nights it was hard to decide what to order, that said, we NEVER had a bad meal or experience there. I write this tonight, as a visitor who comes back to Uniontown, maybe twice a year to see family, and every time we come back here, we always have at least one meal at Fiesta. Tonight I had 2 chimichungas, beef and chicken and they were both delicious. My wife ordered tacos and said hers was a good choice too. The kicker for us is that when you've been going to a place for 7-8 years and see the same staff there, it speaks volumes as to how the owners run their business...Please, if looking for Mexican food in this area, give Fiesta a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Drove into Uniontown tired and hungry! My hotel of choice this trip was directly across the street from Fiesta Azteca Mexican Restaurant and the parking lot was full so that normally means the locals enjoy the food here. My wife and I wandered in and were seated right away by the window in a brightly decorated (Fiesta Theme) dining area. Cantina music was playing in the background and several tables full of diners were talking and eating. Our server greeted us with a friendly smile and offered beverages. After he took our drink order another staff member dropped off on our table complimentary tortilla chips and salsa in a ceramic crock. The chips were warm and crispy and the salsa was spicy to my liking but not so much for the wife. My wife ordered chicken chimichangas and I opted for steak and chicken fajitas. Our food was delivered promptly and both serving dishes were hot to touch as advertised and overflowing with delightful looking food! My fajitas were accompanied by a plate of Mexican rice and guacamole topped lettuce with pico de gallo on the side and warm refried beans. Removed one star for not bringing my warm tortillas for my fajitas. My steak and chicken was very tasty and well cooked along with a huge portion of grilled bell peppers and onions. The meat was seasoned nicely and the portion was enough for leftovers to take back to the hotel refrigerator! Whenever hubby and I are traveling I always seek out local Mexican restaurants and after reading reviews for several in the area we went with Fiesta Azteca. We got to the restaurant around 8:30 and were seated right away and not long after our server arrived to take our orders and deliver complimentary chips and salsa. After reading several reviews ranting and raving about the seafood chimichanga I decided on that while hubby went with the Steeler burrito and we both ordered margaritas. While we both enjoyed our drinks it didn't seem like they contained very much tequila, but my pomegranate mango one was quite tasty as was hubby's raspberry, just would have liked if they were a little stronger but overall a great deal for $5.50 each. I am a huge chips and salsa fan but theirs were just okay, if the chips were a little thinner they would have been much better but as is they were thick and a bit hard, I prefer a thin, crunchier chip and in an authentic Mexican restaurant I also expect them to be served warm but on the plus side they did give a large portion of both the chips and the fairly spicy salsa that I could faintly taste fresh cilantro which I love. Hubby really loved his burrito and I have to say I wish I had ordered that, it was filled with perfectly seasoned beef, mushrooms, onion and peppers and was huge. My Seafood Chimichanga was a bit of a let down, maybe in total there were 3 small shrimp and minimal crabmeat that was imitation at that, definitely not worth the price. We sat indoors and I really love the decor, very festive and welcoming, but there is also outdoor seating out front and it looked like they also had a patio. I was staying at the Super 8 after a long day of driving in absolutely terrible weather. Both this location and the other Mexican restaurant had advertised "1.99 margaritas" so I asked the hotel attendant "Which place has a better margarita?" He recommended Fiesta Azteca, so that's what I did. I'm a California native, so when I bit into one of their burritos, I definitely made a little "happy noise". The taste of their food was fantastic, especially for the small price with such a large amount of food. Two large orders with chips for two, and it only cost a little over $20! I'm kind of sad I probably won't be back in the area, because I wish I could have some more of the food at Fiesta Azteca. read more

This restaurant is very cute the vibe is amazing, food was great but our first server jenni was very rude for no reason, we had our service dog with us and obviously they're gonna ask before we enter anywhere if he's a service animal so after we were already seated she asked us if someone told us it was ok for the dog to be there which my friend replied only yes and I said he was a service dog and she started tell my friend there's no reason to be nasty and blah blah, honestly she was THE worse customer service I've ever received and for that I asked to get a new server but they had to move us from our seat which at any other restaurant they will just assign you a new server without moving us! I cannot comment on the chips and salsa as I was not offered either of these. The food was passable, but not worth the horrible service. Go either next door or to Taco Bell.
