I'm here on business. I went in to get chips & cheese dip for an appetizer to go. The cheese dip is 5.50. I have ordered cheese dip to go countless times and it always comes with chips. The bill was 11.00. They charge another 5.50 extra for chips. $11.00 for chips and cheese dip!!!! What is this? NYC? Tokyo? Service is subpar. Our meals came out at separate times. The margaritas were 80% ice with no taste of tequila in them. We went on margarita Monday and the website listed $2 each for them but they charged us $3 each even after telling them. And dead bugs were on the windowsill. The food was okay though. read more

When you call you are placed on hold and then when they answer the phone to assist you they start answering your questions to only then interrupt you in the middle of when you're placing your order and say can you please hold I'm busy ringing a customer up. Ive tried the food there multiple different times and every dish i tried i did not like at all! Once i went there because friends were going to meet there so i just ordered drinks thinking they couldn't mess that up, wrong!! In town from Maryland and the positive reviews from Yelp drew our family here. First the Tortilla chips were good, but the Salsa was just o.k. As we always do, we ordered our soft drinks with "no ice"and every drink arrived full of ice. My wife ordered hardshell Tacos with Beef, and was served soft shell Tacos. After sending them back the waiter returned with her hardshell Tacos but now they were filled with Chicken instead of the Beef she originally requested. When my Fajitas arrived the plate was full of Pepper strips and Onions, but you had to search for the Beef. I had enough Beef for about 2 Fajitas and that was it. We will probably give it another shot @ some time, but there were too many negatives on this our 1st visit to give it more than 2 stars. read more

I just moved to the area and have found my favorite restaurant. Being a native of the southwest US I have grown up with some of the best Mexican food in the country, and have missed it dearly since I moved away. I am happy to say Fiesta Azteca is THE BEST Mexican restaurant I've visited, competing even with some of the best in TX, AZ & CA. The food is extremely authentic and generously portioned. The margaritas are cheap ($2, all day/every day) and also generous. The restaurant itself is very creatively decorated and makes for a festive atmosphere. The staff were also VERY attentive, and were accommodating to my gluten-free requests (which weren't too hard since most Mexican food is gluten-free anyway, but one can never be too cautious). I had the Pollo Loco and it was AMAZING. Not to mention they had the Steelers game on in the main dining room. Will definitely be coming back here! read more

Ate here the other night and was very disappointed. The "fresh" chips and salsa were stale and when I received my carne asada tacos the meat was luke warm at best and the tortillas were ripping and soggy. When I received my check the item prices were different then what was on the menu. I asked about it and the waiter told me they just hadn't got around to updating there menu. read more

Came at 3 p.m. on a Monday. I had the Chori Pollo, nice and spicy with pineapple that cut the heat just right. Daughter had Steak Azteca, basically steak and shrimp. My girlfriend and I come here always with high expectations and always leave fully satisfied! This time my girl got her chicken and fajitas with queso dip on the side; like always,it was perfect. I've really never have had a bad meal here, but my favorite so far has been the pork carnitas. Ramon jr runs a truly beautiful business which reminds me of the old school restaurants before the chains took over. When you come, you are greeted with warm tortilla chips and a salsa that doesn't have you grab the bottle of hot sauce. Every server in the place is polite and attentive. My wife and daughter had dinner here around 6 pm on a Tuesday. The restaurant had a good crowd for the dinner rush. We were seated promptly and quickly waited on for drinks. The waiter was very nice and on the ball. I had a burrito and my wife had a quesadilla. The food arrived quickly and tasted good.
