I've been here a number of times. We were just here for dinner last night. It's the first time we ate dinner here in probably 8-10 years. The one thing that hasn't changed is that they have the best chicken salad in the state of Pennsylvania. It's the homemade salad dressing that they use. It's the best. Solid 10 out 10!! We ordered the Pizza Puffs because we were intrigued. We weren't sure what to expect, and they did not disappoint. Little bundles of joy. They also did something magical with the fries. Every single one was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The wings were soooo good! super crispy and perfectly sauced. So we were in the area visiting ohiopyle and we can across this place on the way to our hotel. I ordered a dozen buffalo wings and fried zucchini. I have to say that the food was great! It was out within 10 mins of ordering. The servers were very attentive and there were multiple servers that helped make sure that we were comfortable. That shows team work. A fight almost broke out and the owner quickly jumped in, diffused the situation from escalating and quickly came to our table to apologize for the bad behavior of the drunk individuals. Pole barn vibe, a big room with a bar in the middle, a couple of TVs, a room off to the side that seemed to have pool tables. Service was okay but not enthusiastic. Had a chicken salad which was just meh. Edible but somehow densely packed and mushy, even if everything was fresh. Also tried chili fries which turned into a soggy mess in minutes. An edible mess for sure, but not a joyous one. A few beer taps but mostly same old swill. I can't see myself going back. read more

I have never been here, was planning to go but now NEVER will. I can never support a place that is so grossly disrespectful to a disabled veteran with a service dog. Did not allow the veteran in the establishment with proper service dog identification. I hope this place shuts down. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ok let me start off by saying this lady is by far one of the rudest bar owners in town. I ordered a salad Saturday night from there I asked for shred cheese and cubed cheese in both salads one salad and we all counted cause we couldn't see the cheese 4 pieces but i was charged for extra and she was working in the kitchen because the guy called back to let me kno I was given wrong total she yelled out in the bar area from the kitchen to let him kno he didnt charge for extra ranch. Well I shouldn't have vmbeen charged for something I nvr got meaning my cheese the homemade rach that I got charged for tastes like straight mayonnaise... idk how ppl still give her business when I worked for her inwent to take a Togo order in the back she grabbed my forearm and said domt u leave this bar u have ppl sitting here ill take it... Darby's has the best wings in town, but their service is awful. The waitresses are always rude and the bar tenders always end up doing the waitresses job for them. The past few times I've gone the service just keeps getting worse. We won't be going back for a while. read more

One of my favorite spots in Uniontown. Great staff, food, and entertainment . Been going there for 16 years and i can always count on the smiling bartenders to welcome me and provide great service. Ok, The house salad dressing was very good as well a the broiled chicken breast but the breaded zucchini was exceptional . 2 meals, soft drinks and an appetizer $31.00, Not a bad deal and the staff were great. The portions especially the side vegetables were huge. I plan on making this my go to place when we are heading to the mountains with our friends on our motorcycle's when the weather permits.
