A local joint that we passed up for years shame on us now! Clean comfy place with a huge menu! We went back twice this week and plan on dragging some friends on the third trip. Prices are super fair too!!!

Waitresses were really nice and got things to us quickly. The food was marginal at best. Would not return.

Pepsi was flat. Service was slow. Out of 8 cut pizza. Didn't know how to mix drinks. Had to ask for new pepsi. Waited for service.

Food is good most of the time, but it doesn't matter if there's a rude wait staff. The woman manager is also suuuuper rude.

When I asked the hotel clerk where she recommended I could get dinner, she pointed to this place. Rebel that I was, I didn't follow her advice and went instead to a middling sushi spot further down the street. On the bitterly cold walk back to the hotel, I decided to stop in. Sitting at the cocktail bar, the place was quite crowded, and unfortunately they were counting down to their trivia night. Even though I was an undefeated Silver Screen Trivial Pursuit champion in my youth, I took a pass on the contest. Instead I had the $11 Espresso Martini, a mix of vodka, coffee liqueur, and cold brew in a can (Photo 6). It was basically what I wanted for a nightcap. As I took my last gulp, the trivia started. Back to the hotel for me. I am leaving a 2-star review, and the wings were the only thing that saved this from being a 1-star…read moreexperience. When we arrived (party of three), my husband and I ordered a small pizza and 12 wings, and our friend ordered a pot roast sandwich with wings. It took about 15 minutes just for someone to take our drink order. Our waitress explained there was a delay due to staff singing happy birthday, which we understood. After placing our food order, we waited another 20 minutes. Eventually, the kitchen brought out both orders of wings and the pot roast sandwich--but no pizza. When our waitress checked on us, we mentioned the missing pizza, and she explained it comes from a separate line and would be out later. That was fine, but no effort was made to check on it or follow up. We nearly finished all of our food, and still no pizza. Our waitress then returned with boxes and the check, asking if we needed anything else. At that point, I again mentioned the missing pizza. She rolled her eyes and repeated that it comes from a different line. By then, we were already done eating and no longer wanted it. What followed was extremely unprofessional. After we declined the pizza, she stormed off, removed it from the bill, then came back holding the pizza, dropped the check on the table, and said, "Well here it is--you don't want it?!" She then offered the pizza to a nearby table in an irritated tone. When I said I would be mentioning this in my review, she responded, "I don't know why you're so mad, I did nothing wrong." When I tried to calmly explain the situation from a customer perspective, she interrupted, put her hand up toward me, and said, "Whatever, I don't care, you're nasty." She then continued speaking negatively about us to coworkers within earshot. This was one of the most unprofessional dining experiences I've ever had. There was no apology at any point, no accountability, and no basic courtesy such as thanking us or acknowledging us when we left. The food was okay, but the service completely overshadowed the experience.

Very nice inside and a significant amount of staff working. DQ ice cream is not my go-to, I'd much rather other options but we do stop here now and again. My biggest complaint is that they don't seem to have the coordination between their mobile orders and the rest of their business setup right. I arrived 5 minutes after my pickup time only to have to wait another 15 minutes for my two blizzards to be made.

Poor Customer Service…read more My fiance lives extremely close to this location, and as such we have visited quite a few times. Until my most recent trip, I have never had a problem and the food was always up to par with other Dairy Queen locations I have visited. On this visit, I went on my own to the location to pick up some ice cream for the family. I ordered the four Blizzards and took them home. When my fiance opened his up, his Cookie Dough Blizzard was overwhelmingly chocolate, with far too much fudge added. He does not like chocolate, so I went back. In the process of getting it fixed, the Assistant Manager came out to speak to me (I missed her name, but the employees all had incorrect name tags on anyway, e.g. a male employee with the name tag "Chelsea" and vice versa). She explained to me, in the tone one uses with a 5-year-old and in front of a large audience of other customers, that that was how they had always made them but "just this time" she would fix it for me. Not only did she lie to me (as we have never had this issue before in the dozens of times we have gotten this very same ice cream) but she also spoke to me in a demeaning tone of voice while I was just trying to get my fiance's ice cream as he had ordered and gotten it so many times before. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee at any establishment. It is very unlikely that I will revisit this location at any time in the future, which is disappointing because of the proximity to his home.
