They're that good that they're the official roll designated for the West Virginia University Mountaineers! Just note that when you enter on the side, this is an actual bakery (with belts and sacks of flour, and bakers actually making the rolls!). However, don't be alarmed, as you can literally just walk in and purchase the pepperoni rolls on an individual-basis or purchase them by bulk. There are 3 different 'fillings' that are offered - Pepperoni, Pepper & Cheese, and Pepperoni & Hot Cheese. Of course, I bought one of each. The bakery usually offers them hot and fresh, but due to the holidays, they only had the freshly-frozen ones available. You just open the package on one side, zap it in the microwave for 2 minutes, and ta-da! It's all heated up and ready for consumption! The bread itself is soft, and inside, there are slices of pepperoni. My favorite was the Pepperoni & Hot Cheese (uses pepper jack), as it has a nice kick that complements well to the meat slices. Michael, one of the friendly bakers, greeted me right away and took down my order - I handed over the cash (I highly recommend in paying with cash) and in a few seconds, he came back with the items with change!
