I moved back to the area in 2016 and rediscovered the Canton. I was amazed that the shrimp fried rice was exactly as I remembered it. Legend has it, the same man that cooked then, does the cooking now. This guy makes, hands down, the best fried rice within 50 miles probably even further. It is not like the yellow buffet rice with mixed frozen vegetables other Chinese restaurants try to sell you. It is fried rice with a soy sauce, onions, bean sprouts and a very generous portion of shrimp. The shrimp doesn't taste like chlorine either. Canton has been a weekly go to during the 2020 Quarantine. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. I can't comment on other menu items, but the fried rice is epic!

I ordered ahead on the app so when I pulled up all I had to do was give them my code. The other person in the vehicle had to order at the drive up kiosk. Wait was minimal, which was a surprise since we showed up during the lunch rush. We pulled around and waited our turn. Surprisingly, ordering two separate ways in one vehicle did not make for too much trouble. They were able to complete both orders separately and had them ready at the same time. Order was correct and we were back on the road in no time. Especially since this sits right next to the highway and we were able to jump right back on.
