When I asked the associate for the key to the restroom (as the sign instructed me to do) she was extremely hesitant and said "are you even going to buy anything?". I informed her that I was and had also planned on getting gas. After returning the key I went to select my drink. Upon returning to the register I overheard her telling an individual that she was babysitting that the only reason I was buying something was because she asked me if I was going to. She was extremely rude throughout the entire check out process. I decided to spend my money on gas somewhere else as a result of the absolutely ridiculous treatment I experienced at Sweet Pea's. Most people using the restroom at gas stations use the restroom BEFORE selecting their food/drink items... it is extremely unsanitary to do so before using the restroom, was I supposed to carry them in there with me? Absolutely absurd. I surely expected better service from somewhere name "sweet pea's".

Several families came in with one focus ... ice cream. Cones, quarts, and gallons were sailing out the door. I sat outside on a bench and totally enjoyed my ice cream. One family joined me on the benches. They said stopping for Jackson Dairy was a mandatory stop on the way to and from grandparents' house in Laurel Caverns. Getting gas to make the trip home was 1 stop shopping.

They were able to answer all my pharmacology questions, ironically this is a rare thing for me, my local martins pharmacy does this as well. Both have the feel of small town pharmacies, but they always have the friendliest kindest, and efficient staff. 5 stars every time I visit. Remember to be kind to the people who support us.
