It's not a huge deal but if this were my business, I'd just honor it for the loyal customer who obviously has frequented this location over the years. I was not appreciative of the way she told me too, I'm a humiliating tone, "um we haven't accepted punch cards for four years..." I think we will just stick with Dairy Queen from now on unless management makes this right somehow. I'll do my best to contact them but am not going to waste a lot of energy doing it.
