I just ordered a coffee at the counter at this location and was made to wait 20 minutes before I went up to a barista and asked about my brewed coffee, in which she made another barista go and make my coffee, which I had to tell her how I wanted it made again, which I already told them how I wanted it when I made my order. I believe this is corporate's doing and not necessarily the store's fault because they are following what their computer system tells them to do. What happened to the days when you ordered a brewed coffee and they turned around, poured your coffee, and then handed it to you? Easy Peasy. The store has an open warehouse vibe to it and makes you feel like a you are just a box waiting to be shelved. Maybe it's the plaza they are in and the storefronts are designed like that but they could have put a little bit of effort into it to make it feel comfortable. I'm not one of those that sits inside a Starbucks but this one definitely does not feel like they want you in there any longer than to take your money on OVERPRICED drinks.

The employees were honestly some of the nicest people I've ever met.. everyone was so excited to say hi to our dog, and even gave him a pup-cup!
