I didn't speak to any police because, they never showed up at my house to question me. 2 weeks later, I got level 3 misdemeanors of disorderly conduct and, harassment by certified mail. It was from Sgt. Orr. The local Carmichaels cop. I had a criminal attorney representing me. The charges against me were dismissed on January, 21 2025.. Mr. Wilson wasn't there even though, he'd been subpoenaed by the judge. They had no surveillance video evidence. It's sickening. How one man can cause so, many problems for his customers. The district attorney wanted me to take a plea deal, knowing that Mr. Wilson wasn't even there. I knew I wasn't guilty. I was willing to take it to a jury trial. I stood my ground. I would never take any deal. From the reviews that I have read on different websites about the Carmichaels, pa Sheetz, other people have had problems with Wilson. I looked on the Sheetz website to see if they had any rules about outside drinks. I didn't find any. But, I did see on their website that Sheetz hires convicted felons. I've been to many Sheetz but, this is the only Sheetz that I recommend not to go to. Mt. Wilson continues to be the manager. He is mad at the world.
