Wanted the eggs scrambled easy and hash towns well done. I received what looked like 1 scrambled egg with hair, lots of it, in my hash browns. The eggs were overlooked and the hash towns weren't even browned but complete with almost a wig. Sent it back and got a fresh plate within less than 2 minutes. The final time they crammed 4 adults and 2 teenagers into a booth even though tables were available.
