Their drive-thru window takes forever & a day. Management really needs to do something about this. It's ridiculous! I miss Coffee Alley. :(

Had to give 1 star that they do not deserve, waited 35 min in drive thru. The barista wasn't friendly will never go back again! If you don't mind waiting a super long time then this is your place! Surprised! Got in the drive-thru line Friday morning at 0746 with 11 cars ahead of me, got my drink, paid and was driving away at 0753. That's 30-45 seconds per car! No matter the time these guys are always slow. Usually a 30minute wait when it comes to an order. today it took 20 which was rare.

Unfortunately, as a frequent Starbucks visitor (2-3 times a day) who proudly has a Starbucks Gold Card (meaning, I know good starbucks!) I have to write a bad review for this location. I do tend to go here alot because they open at 4:30 AM and close at 11 PM which beats all the locations in Visalia (yes I drive from Visalia to Tulare for coffee) However, every time I go to Starbucks at 11 PM there is this guy who works there that is SO impersonal and just doesn't have the Starbucks attitude. He never says hi or how my day is going or thank you...NOTHING. He just says what my total is and hands me my coffee. When I go to Starbucks I want a chipper, highly-caffeinated 'Welcome to STARBUCKS!" Everytime I drive through and he is working, but not working the window, he is just standing there talking at the other employees while there is a line of 6 cars! When I go inside I get to hear his wonderful conversations about ex-gf's and baby mama drama. So yes....this barista (I doubt it) kills this Sbuxx for me! read more

Really good but will usually mess up your orders and will kick from the table if you are gone more then 5 minutes to the bathroom.

Ordered two wraps and an oatmeal, but nothing was warmed up enough. The wraps were ice cold in the center, and the oatmeal water wasn't hot enough for the oats to absorb anything. Worst service ever. I took my service dog in here and since we were in the middle of a road trip he didn't have his tags on. I stayed outside while my family ordered but when inside when they didn't have the drink I want. As soon as I go in the manager comes out and says I have to leave because dogs can't be inside. I proceed to let her know that he is a service animal and that I was just going to choose another drink. She accused me of saying that he wasn't a service animal and if I wanted to stay I need to show her proof. I told her she wasn't allowed to ask me for proof and she didn't care. In the middle of all that my sister went to the truck and got all his tags, id, and medical note stating I needed a service dog (never travel without them). She looked at it and accused me of it being fake and how I didn't look like I needed one. I left and lost it. You can be I'll be calling their cooperate. First off I'm a big supporter of Starbucks. However this location from beginning to the end of our visit was poor. The place was filthy trash by the inside front door was plied up over flowing on floor, trash all over floor throughout store such as napkins, straw wrappers, and etc.. Upon ordering we over heard they were out of a lot of syrups to make most drinks. We ordered sat down at a dirty table that was the only one free, and proceeded to wait 20mins. We thought walking in would be faster than the 10 cars plus in drive through. We were wrong. Drinks were finally ready and I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap.... Well I got a caramel ribbon.. And it didn't look like the picture the advertise... I asked it they could put the crunch on top and they informed me that they were out and she offered to put graham cracker crumbs on it.... Umm what part of that is equal to the toffee pieces... Smh. No I would like what I paid for... Otherwise I would of ordered a Caramel frap.. And probably paid less than the $4.95 for I just paid and now I feel ripped off.. The girls working were very rude. No customer service skills. I know better than to go to this SB. Overall, I enjoy my coffee,however, this is the slowest SB I have ever been to. (I have been to many SB through the valley and all over LA)I have been to this SB out of necessity for a pick me up on my weekly trips to and from Los Angeles. I try to avoid this particular store because every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, it's taken more than 15 minutes to get a simple americano. Never a frappaccino, never a complicated drink or food. I don't understand why the employees work at such a snails pace with no urgency... even when the line are long, the other employees standing around talking don't jump in a give a hand,anywhere! I feel for these employees. For a while I would only come through the drive thru and get frustrated at the wait. I didn't even stop to think there were like 10 cars ahead of me. Today I noticed the drive thru line was long so I went in, only to see there was another long line in the cafe. I did have to wait a minute before I ordered my drink, but everyone seemed like they were moving pretty fast, and I felt bad thinking these baristas weren't working hard enough when they were running around like crazy trying to help drive thru and their cafe customers. They were out of holiday drinks and pasties but I know that's a company thing they can't help. Although today they seemed happier and things seemed cleaner than normal. While I was waiting for my drink the girl making it was chatting with me about how they got a new manager and things seem to be shaping up around here. She also mentioned the hope of opening a second location to help take some of the pressure off this busy store. I guess next time I grab my coffee I should thank the baristas working hard making it, because it's not as easy as it looks! And I probably forgot to mention they were open until 10pm on Christmas Day, that people is dedication to ensure your coffee needs are met! read more

Like other have said, the wait is ridiculous! Normally wouldn't review a Starbucks but the wait time was that bad in the drive thru.

I've ordered coffee from Starbucks dozens of times, but this location gave me the worst experience I've had so far. First they gave me a warmed soggy croissant when I didn't asked for it to be warmed up. Then I waited nearly 10 minutes for a single iced coffee, despite the fact that there were at least 5 people working behind the counter. It seemed like they were more focused on the drive-thru line. I also wasn't sure why two people standing behind me in line got their more complicated orders before I did. Then the order was wrong! I only asked for milk but somehow they put sweetener in it. This has never happened any of the 50+ times I ordered the exact same thing before. And when I tried to exchange, they gave me an iced coffee with so much milk in it that it looked pale. Basically everything went wrong and I was very disappointed. Sloppy order-taking and outrageous wait times. read more
