You can tell them your preferred roast and they'll pick the beans based on your preference. They have a wide selection of beans and prices vary based on brand, but they're pretty much between $19-27. I'd definitely pick up some more beans next time I'm in the area! This time I got 42 because I told them I make espresso drinks (eg latte) at home, so they picked something for me. My drink took about 7 minutes and it was full of flavour. It came with some biscoff, so it was a perfect match. They used the Chemex and did a double pour lol The staff told me they recently took over the soup business from a fellow vendor (within the market), so they've been getting busy trying to manage all the orders and customers. Paris Baguette Redeemability: 4/5 (requires app download and sign-up, scan at counter) Actual value: 4/5 (a free cake slice!) Outside of birthday, my partner, family and I do frequent Paris baguette, but with the price tag, I think it is only the most worthwhile to go when there's an ongoing promotion; otherwise, the items can be overall overpriced (ie a special drink at 10 dollars with tax, a donut at 8 with tax and a sandwich at 20 dollars with tax....these are way too much) Go in the morning for the freshest goods.

I found this place to not be worth the price point in my opinion. The food was just mediocre. The egg sandwich was not good at all. There were too much green onions. The scones were not fresh and just too hard. The cucumber sandwich was not good either, it had a weird taste, I can't even describe it. I got the dulce de leche tea which tasted like water tea, I did not taste anything caramel or sweetness to it. Overall paying over $65 per person I expected a better taste than what I got. I would not come here again.

Price was super reasonable considering how much cream is in each macaron ! It was about $2.50-$3 per macaron depending flavour ! If you want a box , they charge you an additional price either $0.50 or $1( might have went up as I haven't been here recently). The clear cellophane bags are free of charge !
