Outright lied to our faces. Ordered 5 minutes before closing and suddenly once when we got to the window they just so happened to be "out of chocolate" and could not make either of our drinks. My favorite Starbucks near me! Always quick service and the baristas are friendly as ever. Consistently keeps the place clean and keeps the drinks high quality! Can't go wrong with Starbucks at any time of day. Recently I came in to perform a little "test" I ordered a chocolate macchiato, half coconut milk, half 2%, one shot of espresso, five pumps of vanilla, and whip cream mixed in. As obnoxious as this order was to process, the barista did not complain about it once and made the drink as if it was any other simple one... top notch service! read more

The people here have no idea what they're doing. The girl who supposedly in charge was too busy having a breakdown to take my order, and the gentleman was too preoccupied on making drinks for the people coming through the drive through to get my sandwiches. The music is loud and annoying, the staff seem more interested in talking about boys than greeting customers, and the floors are filthy. I've been coming here for years and I can honestly say I have no intention of doing so again. read more

I gotta say if you like to pay 7$ for a cup of ice this is your place to go! I ordered a shaken espresso now maybe because it's in the name I would imagine the drink to come shaken. When asked if it was the right drink I was given attitude and then she tried to explain to me how the drink is made meanwhile I had to shake my own drink to mix the coffee and milk then was offered a stir stick. After 2 drinks I finished my drink to find out it was just all ice! Never visiting this location again. read more

Tried to come here with my husband to work and there is literally, not figuratively, not one table there big enough for 2 people and their laptops to work, unless you are handicapped-then there is one. If you are going by yourself to work, it's cool, but a place like Starbucks needs at least two non handicapped tables that are not the size of a barstool. read more

I had fast and friendly service on my visit. My iced tea tasted good. This is what I expect at a Starbucks. As others have mentioned, it is mostly tiny two-tops inside, with only a couple comfy chairs to be had. The patio outside was of decent size, reasonably clean, and everyone enjoying it on this sunny day seemed to be adhering to the no-smoking emblems on the tables. No complaints, and it does have a very busy (and relatively fast) drive-thru. read more

This Starbucks never gets it right. I've been there on two separate occasions and ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew. I should have known better the second time. Each time they didn't put the foam on top and instead mixed it in to the drink. Each time I've asked them to fix it and each time they get it wrong or argue with me that it's fine. I ended up taking my drink both times to the Starbucks down the street where they fixed it without needing to be told how it's supposed to be made. read more

10/26/2020 appoximy 10:30 am went to Starbucks. Stay away from Refreshers (Strawberry Acai) this starbucks makes them "watered down" not adding sufficient acai strawberry base. The staff were giggling as they took our order and didn't give us light ice (more than 1/2 of the trenta had ice) perhaps they were not in the mood to work. We were the only customers in drive through line. Been to other starbucks in the area so I know what "normal" is for this type of drink. Not going back to Starbucks off of highway 7 (160th) and Washington location. Either staff don't care or they don't get sufficient / proper training to consistently make their product desirable/palatable. I absolutely deplore leaving negative reviews but be warned about this location. Worth driving to a Starbucks location other than this one. Pay attention staff to your customers otherwise stay at home and don't go to work if you're not going to put forth effort. Not a good reflection of Starbucks. read more

I stopped here on my way home for a the new caramelized honey Frappuccino but when I ordered it they said they were all out for the season, although they still had signs up advertising the product. So I had to settle for a caramel macchiato which was good but when you have your taste buds set and then you don't get what you want makes for a disappointing visit. This a great Starbucks right off 1-25 and HWY 7. Convenient and always clean. They offer comfortable seating inside and outside. There is seating areas throughout that offer privacy as well as being very cozy. I like that they have a drive thru to make my morning coffee runs easy. I love me my starbucks and this location is out of the hub-bub of the traffic heading north from denver so you can get some caffeine before you drive the boring ride north! My problem is the increased price. It's just a regular starbucks off the highway but it cost over $9 for me and hubby's drinks, vs the $8.30 we usually fork over. Definitely will find a different location to drop some cash. Other notes: easy in, but to get out, you have to go further to find a road out. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I often fly through the drive-thru before work. Once in a great while I might have a problem (come on we're all human) with my order but I just call them up, let them know what happened, and they always offer to remake it for me OR if I'm in a hurry and can't turn around I can just pick up a free replacement the next day. I've been inside the coffeeshop many times, even with my kids. I find the ambiance just fine for coffeeshop people or an afternoon date with your child. I'd say I'm a pretty good judge of coffeeshop types considering the gold card I've kept for over 4 years. Most people that hang out in coffeeshops come to get work done, read a book, whatever but they are usually enjoying alone time. If they come with someone else they are chatting, not sitting side-by-side on their computers ignoring one another. The table size is perfect for either one laptop or drinks and food for more than one/two. There's also the bar with barstools and tables outside HOWEVER considering the location near an interstate and a highway, it is prone to wind. Perfect spot to fit your caffeine addiction. read more

Went to the drive thru at 11:30am today, St Patrick's Day and they were cleaning the decaf machine!! So no decaf! They were unable to serve decaf. We kept driving. Annoying because we always go to this StarBs and specifically drove out of our way from 128th when we could have gone to the one on 136th and Colorado Blvd. can I give zero stars? I don't think so. This Starbucks is just awful!! It is located only 3 minutes from my work, so the most convenient location for my way to work or on break. As a 4-6 times a week Starbucks gal, I know what I like and what to expect when I order a drink. For some reason the staff here cannot get the drinks right! Myself and co-workers are consistently receiving drinks that taste as those the shots were left out (the manager claims it's because they changed the consistency of the shots, even though the is the only location with this problem), their frappuccinos are melted by the time they get to the drive through window, and your mocha may not include the mocha. When you ask for your drink to be remade, you are met with attitude from the baristas and the female manager! Today my free reward drink didn't take, even though I showed my phone where it showed that I earned it and it was not expired, the barista and manager offered only for me to pay for my drink or call customer service. I didn't bring cash and didn't have time to call customer service, therefore said I will have to skip today. I then watched them dump the half made drink down the drain. Wow Starbucks, you would rather waste the drink than comp is for a customer who is obviously a frequent customer and is showing you they have a free drink, but your system isn't registering. read more

My kids (5yrs and infant) Just met my husband here for a coffee. First we were seated inside but moved outdoors to the patio because the flies buzzing all over were really annoying. And several employees having inappropriate conversations about their weekend plans did not sit well with either of us. The sun was especially bright so we sat under an umbrella. There was a GENTLE breeze and we were having a nice conversation about our day while the baby slept and my 5yr finished his drink. It wasn't long until an employee came outside and lowered the umbrella we sat under because "the wind" was too bad. She made a comment about she would rather have the sun on us than her umbrella fall over. This caused the sun to be unbearable on not only myself but also my sleeping infant. I ordered a pikes coffee with cream and sugar and a cookie. I got an ice coffee and a roll. Went back a week later and order the same thing and asked for my cookie to be warmed. I got a coffee with no cream or sugar and a cold and hard cookie. I will stop using the drive up and always check my order. Had sad. Not going back. read more
