This location gets super busy on weekday mornings, so ordering ahead online and picking it up inside is the way to go. Otherwise, you could be waiting a long time if you order in person or use the drive thru. The drive thru line can also make it difficult to get in and out of the plaza. After the morning rush and on weekends it usually isn't as bad. I haven't had any issues with online ordering or pickup so far. Ordering directly at the store is fine too when it's not terribly busy. The food and coffee are pretty standard for a commercial coffee shop. It's nothing special, but it's basically what you'd expect from Starbucks lol. The store itself is clean and well-kept. Customer service really varies. Some employees are genuinely friendly and accommodating, while others come across cold and like they're just there to get through the shift. It's Pumpkin Spice Season and I'm so excited for it! I had to make a quick stop yesterday for my drink so I decided to try this location out. They have drive-thru service so I went for it. The line was not long during the time I was there. Staff is warm and friendly but the drive/thru service was a bit slow and had two cars ahead of me--nonetheless my drink was ready when I pulled up. I had a good experience overall. My drink was made correctly. There is a large parking lot shared amongst other shops including Home Depot--this plaza has been in existence for a long time but now has evolved and it includes having a Starbucks here as well. I stopped by this Starbucks originally to just ask for a plastic spoon so I could feed my daughter her baby food but the staff were so nice to me that I came back a couple of minutes later to get my wife a drink. We were dining at a place nextdoor and they only had a big spoon for soup, which didn't fit into our jar of baby food and my daughter also couldn't eat from it. The parking where this Starbucks is at is limited so most people use the drive thru. The inside of this Starbucks is spacious and looks nice. The staff here are wonderful and are trying to make everyone order quick. I ordered my wife a venti iced chai latte with four pumps of chai and asked for light ice. As soon as I walked in, I wasn't greeted , there is straw wrappers on the floor and the counters were dirty with caramel, water , and ripped up napkins. A worker named Sophia took my order after talking with her coworker in front of me, I moved to the side so another worker can take my order instead and Sophia told the girl to take her break, continued talking to her coworker then took my order. I came inside due to the drive through line was extremely long going almost outside of the parking lot but waiting longer inside . Multiple blenders were open and caps on the floor . Every time I give this Starbucks a chance I'm disappointed. Today from all days the whole team should've brought there A game to it. It's the Red cup day. Management was not helpful at all. One of the leads was focusing on sample drinks instead of helping coordinate a flow for the mobile and cafe orders . The whole team was lost. Orders were duplicated because they couldn't take the time to check the drinks made already. I had to point it out to them that it was made. This USED to be my go to coffee spot. But since the pandemic it seems that all the staff at this location has forgotten quality control. Several times I have received coffee that was poorly made. This ranged from not enough creamer or old/ burned tasting coffee. And all I get is a cold brew. While the staff seem to be busy, it is obvious that they are prioritizing the drive thru orders. Many times I have stood over five minutes before anyone will over to help me in any capacity. And I have noticed others who experienced the same waiting with me.
