I recently had my tonsils removed and it's hard for me to speak. I ordered online because it's easier than talking and got in line. Once at the window, a barista repeatedly was rude saying "don't say thank you, you literally placed it 30 seconds ago." And repeatedly complained loudly in front of the window in front of me, stating "you literally just placed it a second ago." I've never had an experience like this nor been treated so rude. Talked to a lead manager on the phone but didn't get any compensation. read more

I hope you're only trip here is for the coffee and not the camaraderie or interaction with others. Starbucks recently remodeled this specific location for the "better". It's great to see a new drive thru design, along with an updated interior. Only bad thing is the coffee shop did away with their interior seating. I hope this isn't the new norm for Starbucks. If it is I tip my hat to local coffee shops who still offer seating for customers. I'd check out another location or even a local name before I came back to this newly remodeled location. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbuck store! They always make my coffee/Frap/ice teas and refresher on point!!! I never have any bad experiences. Just this spot is always busy and the drive thru is hella crazy sometime, especially in the morning for coffee runs. The staffs here are very professional, friendly and funny. They greets me everytime and always be smiling. Me and my friends usually hangsout at the patio outside. We are from Colorado and this has become our Starbucks of choice when we visit Springfield. I happened upon it by accident, but from visit one, the energy of the baristas was so welcoming and friendly! We joked around and asked many questions about Springfield. All were willing to share even while preparing beverages. Sadly, no restroom or seating- for that reason not a 5, but beverages and food were terrific every time-- and we went daily every trip, sometimes more than once a day-- that's four beverage consumers and foodies (the husband and teenager literally broke me). For us it didn't matter what time of day or day of the week, we had different baristas and great service and great product in September, October, November 2023 and January 2024. read more

Me and my daughter stopped in yesterday and got the Pink drink and strawberry lemonade blended. The pink drink tasted like watered down milk, sweet and low and dried strawberry slices. The blended drink, was a weak version of a snapple. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The baristas are so nice here. They really seem to value their customers and provide excellent customer service. The first few times paying with the app was a little awkward, the cashiers were very helpful and patient! The drive thru is normally busy but I always get more order quickly. Ordered via mobile, which at this location is a big mistake. Instead of hopping out and getting my order I waited forever only to find they put mobile orders on a back counter. But what was worst than the delay is my vanilla latte tasted burnt with peppermint favoring. It wasn't very good, and with the high cost of their drinks people expect more. read more

This place is like your standard Starbucks, nothing too special. The boyfriend went through the drive thru to pick up some plain black coffee, so there's no messing that order. The location is convenient, since we passed through this area of town a lot during my visit to Missouri. Plus, the drive thru window makes it a quick trip. read more

The baristas seem especially skilled at this location. I don't know how to explain it, but they just seem particularly apt at brewing. Maybe they really have more years experience or something. The only drawback I know of is the air. Bring a jacket or a sweater. It just seems cooler, year-around, than the other Starbucks. read more

I try not to write bad reviews because I run a business, and know that it is impossible to make everyone happy...but this is like the 5th bad experience I have had here recently. I LOVE my Venti Green Tea from Starbucks and usually go to the one inside PriceCutter on Republic Road and Kansas Exp. However, I stopped into this one thinking it would be faster and more on the way to where I was going. I was WRONG about it being faster. In fact it was the SLOWEST service I have ever experienced...seriously. It shouldn't take 10 min to pour a glass of tea. This was not the first time I've had slow service, but the other times I was in the drive through and was not able to witness the full extent of their slowness. They walked around with NO sense of urgency AT ALL! I was super irritated when I finally got my tea that was watered down and had little to no ice. When I said something I got dirty looks and no concern from the staff. If they would have shown some hint of concern, I would not be giving them this review. This leads me to believe that this is the norm for this location. read more

Well I had mobile ordered to avoid the hassle and the long line at the drive-through and not to mention the rude barista's. Being a partner myself now I know why people complain about Starbucks and this location is a prime example. Went up to the counter asked for my mobile order and was told just to wait at the end. Which is normal, But not to wait a whole 35 minutes after I've already placed the order and Not be acknowledged, just to have my drink sitting in drive through the whole time and completely melted. I visit this Starbucks from time to time and I really like it. It seems like the staff works well together and they have never screwed up our orders. The location is good and the store is small but well kept and the furniture is arranged in a way that is conducive to conversation. I really like their large outdoor area also. read more

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Good latte mocha. Very fast WIFI. WIFI was terrible before this location upgraded from ATT (slow) to Google (fast) in 12/2014. Subtracting 1 star because this is a small venue with limited seating. Very loud and/or hard to find a seat on a busy day. I like to get out of the office and hop on wifi with my laptop to knock out an hour or two of work from time to time. Sometimes I arrive and have to leave because they are just too busy. read more

The kindest Starbucks I've ever been to always start taking orders a few min b4 open if people are in the drive thru.

My BFF works at this location and please believe me when I say that they are the busiest in Springfield, and possible in SWMO. If you go there during peak times expect those wait times....and if you're in a rush there's probably 4 people in front of you that are in a rush also. Not including people ordering drinks/food inside the store. Price Cutter is not Starbucks, nor do they share the intense volume of customers. I am there everyday. Order the same drink. Stay for well over an hour on my laptop. Maybe one out of 20 customers doesn't get their whipped cream, 2% instead of Whole milk, or whatever. Awesome location if you ask me. read more

I'm super disappointed with the Starbucks performance in Springfield mo. The past 5 times I've gotten caramel iced coffee it taste like someone put a whole bottle of germ x in it. And i specifically ask for caramel and i never get caramel it's not even on the receipt yet it's written on the cup. Also I ask for sugar and 2% milk, thinking that's the problem and I don't seem to get it so it's not the coffee it's the listening skills of the staff. The chia teas great, and the frappuccinos too but they're not my favorite. If i want a nice iced caramel coffee with sugar and 2% milk i should be able to get it especially if i'm paying their outrageous prices. Seriously. It's not just one location it's all of the locations in springfield that don't seem to listen. Now I just make my own coffee at home. I hope they're happy that they're losing a used to be frequent customer. read more
