I have such a love hate relationship with this café. I love the coffee and I love the atmosphere, but I absolutely hate the piss poor customer service. They're always staffed in a way that is the most inefficient and ineffective of any place I've ever been to. They often have a dismissive rude attitude and take their sweet time to make any coffees. Even when they have three or four people working, only one is making coffee, which makes no sense whatsoever. I believe this place could be the best in town if they could just dial in their customer service and efficiency. read more

Been here plenty of times, I'm not a big coffee person so I purchase some soft drinks, desserts and I've tried the Chicken Tikka Naanwich, which was fairly good! It is a small cafe with 1-3 people working which may bring a slight delay in food and drinks coming out. Been going to Eurasia for iced coffee for around 2-3 years. Coffee is good, atmosphere is friendly. The service is sometimes very frustrating; as the baristas will just stop in the middle of making your coffee to take someone's order that just walked in. It's very unprofessional, and not good customer service. This often leads to extended wait times, which is frustrating when you were the only customer when you walked in. It's not difficult to tell the customers to wait one moment while you finish making the coffee. read more

THE BEST ICED CHAI LATTE I'VE EVER HAD! My sister and I came here to study while in town. The coffee shop is connected to a small hotel at the end of a strip. Inside, they have booths, bar tables, couches and regular tables. We decided to sit in a room of tables next to power outlets. They have such a broad array of teas on their menu and spices/extra flavoring that you can add-in. I love Eurasia. I've had their coffee drinks as well as breakfast and lunch a few times. Their regular latte (with almond milk) is delicious! I recently tried the Askinosie S'mores latte, a seasonal drink, and it was astounding. The chocolate flavor was very rich but in a great way. I loved this drink. I've had their lunch which is good, and recently I had their breakfast sandwich. It has eggs, avocado, bacon, cheese on a flatbread and it was salty (in a good way) and delicious. I also had my bridal shower in the fireside room in 2017 and the staff was wonderful. It's an adorable little room and they offer catering/coffee as add-ons as well. I highly recommend this place! Rosewater Latte. So I generally only drink espresso or coffee black - thus it's very rare I get any fancy drinks. But this Rosewater Latte at Eurasia intrigued me. I got it without diary and substituted it with Almond Milk. It really did taste like Rose Water. So fantastic, light, and not gimmicky just to be trendy. Pretty large space but clearly more of a student hangout hipster spot. There is seating scattered throughout the coffee shop and then at the Boutique hotel next door (owned by the same people). Be aware - there are no outlets, especially in the booth seatings. But on another note, I would not have known about the history of the owners w/o doing some research. They are former missionaries, who have traveled the world, and decided to set some roots on C-street. 10% of all their profits go back to non-profit charities and a lot of their customers in the Boutique Hotel/shop are here on a retreat with the Assembly of God. To be honest, I would not have known this was a religiously affiliated closely held corporation if I didn't read about it. There are no overly intrusive mentions of their missions and it's kind of nice to know that their slight up-charge is going back to a worthy cause. I was in the area, and decided to grab a Cortado. I asked whether I could have one with oat milk, and then was saddened that the total cost was over $4, nearer to $5. I asked how that was so expensive, and was told that by requesting oat milk it went up by $1. Normally, if there's additional charges for using non-dairy milk I would accept that but in this case one dollar is a lot more considering that the original price of the drink was $3.25. If anyone knows, a Cortado is a very small drink, therefore adding an extra dollar for oat milk doesn't make any sense and appears to be a bit of a price gouge. I would hope that the owners of this coffee shop would do better. As it is, I would probably have tipped your barista the $1. read more

Very awesome spot! Open 8-8 on Sunday. The barista Rachel did an awesome job making all of our drinks. They use "Big Train" for frappe mix. I got a "large" latte that had 4 shots in it. They used whole milk which made for a creamy texture. The latte was well balanced and smooth despite all the espresso. The location great. Finally was able to stop in for the first time. My husband and I both loved the place and will definitely be back. Perfect place to read, study, meet a friend, or maybe even hold a club meeting or baby shower. The food and coffee were both top-notch. I had a plain latte to which I added simple syrup, and I enjoyed it immensely. I'm looking forward to trying the mocha at some point as I believe they use Askinosie chocolate. I really loved the food as well...particularly the naan toasts with their unusual (but delicious) savory/sweet combos: prosciutto with white cheddar, medjool dates, and arugula; goat cheese & apple with red onion, pomegranate syrup, and cinnamon; and avocado with heirloom tomato and za'atar. I ordered the prosciutto one and it was delicious. The naan itself was soft and yeasty, exactly as naan ought to be. Finally, it's very cool that they support humanitarian causes and sell fair trade merchandise.
