This is probably my new favorite study spot!! Eurasia is the perfect place to grab a small bite to eat or coffee with a friend. The booths are super comfy and the vibe is very relaxed. The coffee bar does get a little busy/crowded around 4pm, so if you want a spot to sit make sure you get there before the rush! Great coffee, great decor, but...remember that feeling when you were in high school as you walked into the cafeteria and your friends weren't there yet, but the 'cool kids' were all grouped together and just look at you? Yep, that's how every employee looked at me. I'm not a very insecure person, but they made it clear they didn't want me to ask questions with their haughty dispositions. No clear signage outside saying it was a coffeeshop and I was the weirdo because I wondered it it was a real hotel or just the facade for a traveler's atmosphere. New staff could make all the difference....or they could just remember that these proceeds are supposed to support missions! read more

I really enjoy this coffee shop. It's nice, quiet, large, and has always served up tasty lattes and coffee. I branched out and tried the Overnight Oats at my last visit and was pleasantly satisfied with the results. I love the refurb look of the place, the location is good (If you had told me 15 years ago I'd be saying that about somewhere on commercial st. I wouldn't have believed you, but here we are!), and the baristas are friendly, but not overly friendly. It's a little higher priced and out of the way, but other coffee aficionados appreciate it as much as I do so it's certainly worth the special trip! read more

Great cafe with a modern feel. You will love everything about this cafe; great, modern decor, friendly team, excellent coffee. My husband & I stayed at the hotel above the cafe and went down several times daily to get lattes, cold brew, and house coffee. Every drink was delish. The only constructive criticism I would give would be different pastries. We had a chocolate granola cookie one day and a baked pretzel the next and both were very dry. This place is a hidden gem! Delicious sandwich and salad lunch/dinner menu with super fresh ingredients and bread from a local bakery. The carrot salad is incredible! They have an extensive drink menu with fair trade coffee. The inside is a beautifully decorated in a rustic reclaimed style with lots of natural light. Best of all, this is a non profit and the proceeds go to charity! Right now they are supporting an outreach in Bangladesh that helps homeless girls. The perfect getaway if you need some coffee! There are a lot of different (comfortable) places to sit and work without being crowded by a bunch of people! I got a cookies and creme frappe (which rocked) and a cinnamon role (massive and delicious) and a sweet T-shirt! I love these guys not just because of their great coffee, but because of the great cause that they are supporting with a portion of their proceeds. Only giving it three stars for my first experience and the atmosphere. The second experience was far different. Waited more than ten minutes after ordering just one coffee to get my drink. Definitely not the place to come if you're in any type of hurry. Then once I got my drink, I open the lid and it wasn't anywhere near a full cup. Then with the first drink, the coconut milk tasted super sour and I threw it in the trash. Definitely disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

Absolutely the best coffee in town... breakfast, lunch, and a whole social infrastructure. If you're a student, you probably know this den of like-minded entrepreneurs. Reminds me of the breakface hangout in Silicon Valley where all the investors meet to discuss their deals, over a breakfast and great coffee - only here it's the entrepreneurial people. And the many budding photographers who find the unique and beautifully constructed old-wood "everything" absolutely wonderful. LOVE! LOVE! I felt like I was in San Francisco based upon the quality of food, aesthetic, and hipster patrons. Their coffee is amazing and can challenge any big city place. Not to mention high quality sandwiches, I recommend the BLT and the Grilled Cheese. Moreover, their proceeds help non-profits in Eurasia. Personally, I don't see what all the rave is about this place. I got a Persian rose latte and a friend got a maple latte, both were very lukewarm and had hardly any flavor. Tasted like they threw some watered down coffee and milk together and called it good. Also tried the blueberry scone - easily the worst scone I've ever had. Tasteless. Dry. Waste of calories. The face of their stone front doesn't help either. The two female baristas I interacted with were young, indifferent towards their customers, and even turned down three people who came in 10 minutes til close, asking specifically for them to leave. Very unimpressed with my experience here and they certainly didn't give me any reason to return. Kingdom Coffee and Hebrews in Springfield are much, much more worth your time and money. read more

Exceptional teas, cappuccino and organic options of food (at least pre-covid) in historic C-Street. They also donate a portion to help stop sex trafficking. You do need to be patient and gracious with the staff-they seem to have a higher turn over than other coffee shops. I do like to support this place because of what they stand for! read more

They use their space well so there is always plenty of seating. It's in a nice location and not too far from Missouri States campus which is really helpful for a college student! The workers are always super nice and helpful. Their rosewater latte is incredible. I would absolutely recommend this place any day! read more

Such a unique space with wonderful lattes and a delicious lunch menu. The arugula and prosciutto salad was simply perfect and the carrot side salad is heaven in a bowl. The tuna curry na'anwich had zero curry flavor so it ended up just being a basic tuna sandwich but still good. We can't wait to go back to this hidden gem on Commercial street. read more

Favorite place to study, great seating and a great atmosphere! I usually get an iced vanilla latte and it's always amazing!

Our new coffee hangout spot, I honestly feel it's the best coffee in town. It is a "religious centered" coffee shop, but nothing really stands out that they are pushing their beliefs on you. The atmosphere is very chill, and lots of places to set, even secluded spots if you really just want some peace. The majority of customers are college students, and it feels as though it's more of a "library setting." I'm only giving them 4 stars because I think they could do so much more with the space. It seems they are trying to keep it mellow, and more of a study spot. But with all the room they have, and people that come in for different reasons they should split up the area. Have a little place for people doing homework, and another place for people who want to be "teens" loud talking being obnoxious etc.. The front of the house, and back could be easily separated with just a sign "Chill here" or "Socialize here." I also wish they had a few more pastries, and snack items on the menu. Regardless this is our coffee spot weekly after dinner. read more

Wandered in today with my 3-year-old seeking an early lunch/snack (and I REALLY needed a mid-morning jolt of caffeine). The person who took out order was warm and welcoming. She helped us navigate the drink and lunch menus with excellent suggestions: iced "americano" with extra soy for me; a four-berry smoothie with whipped cream for my daughter. We split a lovely, perfectly-golden grilled cheese on whole grain with white cheddar and apple slices (yes, ON the sandwich-YUM!), as well as the surprisingly complex and extremely satisfying CARROT SALAD on the side. (Both included in the very reasonable $7 menu price.) I really enjoyed the creative use of space and apparently recycled wood/metal materials throughout which to me felt overall very cozy/comfortable. There are a couple of private "nooks" with comfy chairs to curl up in with your tablet, or meet up with friends to gather at one of several booths, barstools and tables. We hope to make our way back again soon to try the "Na'an-wich" and maybe even one of the pastries we saw on display! read more

We rented the Fireside room on C Street in Springfield, Mo for 4 hours along with having them cater food and for a graduation party for my daughter with family and friends. Amber was very polite and explained everything as i had questions planning along the way. They have an amazing room that we and all of our guest loved. The staff were all very polite and prompt having food and drinks ready for our guests. We tried a variety of their roast beef, turkey, curried tuna and veggie sandwiches along with the carrot salad they were all so delicious. The hummus and pita was wonderful also. Shocked to see such a hipster locale resonating on C-Street. This place could be scooped right out of SGF & plopped directly into TriBeCa in lower Manhattan (& still be right at home). It's East on Commercial--catty corner & across the street from Askinosie Chocolate and right next door to the newly opened, funky Culture Boutique Hotel. I thought the CARROT SOUP was puréed to silky tactile mouth-bursts and was masterfully coupled with a CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD NAANWICH--served on Indian NAAN bread. Quiches looked delectable as well as homemade pastries. I didn't partake in specialty coffees this round but will return to do so! read more
