Out of all the boba cafes I've been to, SocieTea is just better especially their matchas. They're always nicely balanced. Service is great, very friendly even if I can't look directly at them cuz I get nervous. This is a new location for this five-year-old family run business. Located at Farmers Park they should get some good foot traffic on market days. I'm not sure how well they will do on non-market days, but I hope people figure out they are here! I love that I can adjust the sweetness of my Boba tea down to 25% sugar. I tried the Matcha latte with brown sugar Boba and it was delicious. Next time I will get it with salted cream cheese topping. I also purchased the cutest little Boba tea keychain, I love it! I drive almost 2 hours for good boba tea, so it's a little bit disappointing when you pay for extra boba but get less than the regular amount. I ordered a Thai tea thinking if they get this right then I know I can trust some of their other options available. Once I walked in and saw all the options I knew this place was legit! You can order all sorts of different flavor teas and coffee with different boba/jelly/ toppings as well as level of sweetness. The prices are pretty reasonable and there are also different cup sizes. I chose the smaller size cup without knowing I would love my drink and wish I had gotten a larger drink, nevertheless, I will be back for more! I asked the young gentleman if I could have their earl grey tea added into my drink but he just said no, with no explanation. What can we take from this ? The matcha tea is hands down some of the best matcha I've ever had. I only get matcha teas when I go for boba, and this is definitely in my top 5!
