This location is close by a surgical center we frequent. It's In a large shopping mall close by other frequented shops. The place is well light and cozy. The staff is very friendly and pleasant to converse with. This location has a high volume of mobile orders and has a fairly high traffic footprint. The store is festive and welcoming. Large dinning area for convenience. Probably one of the best Starbucks I have been in. read more

Our visit to the Sparta nj Starbucks drive through today needs to be shared. We got there today at exactly 10:20 this morning and Suzanne rang us up. Both our drinks tasted abnormal from the get go. The cups wreaked of perfume. It was like perfume was rubbed all over our cups of salted caramel cold brew and an iced matcha latte. Which was packed to the top with ice. But the cups and lids had a strange perfume smell on them. We were the only people going through at that time. This totally enraged us. Are you kidding me. read more

The staff were rude to my kids. They don't listen to their order. My daughter requested light ice and the lady serving it filled her cup completely. When my daughter told her she wanted light ice, she rolled her eyes. What kind of service is this. To top it all off, we had stomach aches. I don't know if they used old milk, but I'm never going there again. read more

They are always very efficient, cordial and friendly There's a reason why they are always busy. Because every order is done right. read more

Last few times I've gone my order was wrong. Not sure how you can mess up black coffee.... You never get napkins at the drive thru ~ I ordered a few things to take back to work and couldn't get a bag. You know they run out of them the money one pays for coffee you have to wonder.. QuickChek to the rescue!! read more

The worst drink i have ever had it make me feel so sick after. my drink was sour and dirty. Both of my other drinks had dust and dirt in them and hair on the cup disgusting I will never go back there. They gave me the worst stomach ache and I think I have food poisoning. The service was fine, but everything else was awful. read more

Whoever was on the closing shift tonight, just radiated so many positive vibes! Absolutely an amazing atmosphere!!

Took 40 minutes to go through drivethru. I left without half my order, couldn't wait anymore

So pleased this is here! In an area devoid of good coffee (sorry, but it's true) and places that lend themselves to creativity, this is an oasis in the desert. Gorgeous inside - the space is incredible. The staff was polite and helpful. The coffee is really damn good. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING. (Seriously, there is *nothing* around here.) read more

I am SOOOO happy this location was developed here. This is the ONLY Starbucks on Route 15. I cannot stand Dunkin' Donuts coffee, and I need my coffee fix while traveling to visit family. This Starbucks has been consistent with executing my drinks correctly every time. Parking is sufficient, and I appreciate that they provided a Starbucks Drive-thru designated lane. read more

they didn't give my friend her birthday free drink and was arg with us and took 15 minutes to make a tall drink and there was ten employee and the drink wasn't even good. They were also very rude to us. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. They said my birthday freebie isn't valid, even though it was my birthday. They were super slow, the drinks taste horrible. If your around Sussex County, go to Newton or Franklin. They are super nice in Newton and Franklin, but super rude here. Don't go here. read more

A quick, clean, and efficient Starbucks. There was a long line for the drive-through, but I decided to do a mobile order & pick-up instead, and it was so easy! Currently the store is open for drive-through orders and pick-ups in the store; masks/face coverings are required inside. When I went in to pick up my drink, it felt very clean and there were space markings to remind customers to social distance (for the health of both the customers and employees). Nice Starbucks overall. read more

I really enjoyed my past weekend's visit to the Starbucks in Sparta. The long awaited Starbucks is pretty amazing with a drive through window, roomy comfortable seating, and mobile payments. I enjoy my hot chai lattes here, always made to perfection and with a smile. This location is open weekdays 5am until 10pm and on weekends, 6am until 10pm. Go and check it out for yourself, I promise you'll love this location. read more

I really like this location. It is clean and the service is pretty fast. We are passing by this location every time we go to our vacation hope in PA and every time we stop specifically here. Love it. read more

It's disappointing to have to write this review because I love Starbucks. I order from this location almost daily and sometimes more than once per day. I usually have a pleasant experience but today's experience forced me to write a 1 star review. I sent my daughter to grab us two drinks. When she got to the window, the baristas removed the lid and poured out a good 2inches of her drink before handing it to her. My daughter then asked her, why did you pour it out and her response was "this is not a TikTok hack", to which my daughter said "what do you mean, I watched you pour it out, I order this coffee every day, what does TikTok have to do with it" to which she responded "if you want extra you have to order it". My daughter then said, "I did, I paid for a Grande iced drink." The girl then started laughing at her with a friend. She drove home and told me. I tried calling the store and asked for a manager, whoever answered laughed with someone in the background and said no one can come to the phone now, we're busy and hung up on us. Never have I been so disappointed with their service and to top it off, the drink was made incorrectly. read more

Amazing employees Rim Taylor Lisi and the other employees try their best to give you satisfaction Amazing drinks and excellent service read more

The staff was friendly here, but they gave me the wrong drink. They were very apologetic and gave me a new drink without issue, but when they gave me the second drink, it was made according to the standard recipe, and not with the modifications I had requested and paid for. Overall, this is an a bad Starbucks, but figuring out where to park can be a little awkward, and although it would've been great to have my drink the way I ordered it, it didn't ruin my day. read more

VERY LONG LINES in the Drive Thru !! If you go inside , they ignore you & cater to on line orders & cars in drive thru !! Will not go in there again; not worth the coffee which was luke warm & not filled to the top for $4+ & aggravation!! read more

This place seems to put the emphasis on taking care of the drive thru. There in store service leaves plenty to be desired.

This place closes way too early. Totally unreliable hours. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Nothing wrong with the Starbucks, great as per usual, however whoever designed the drive through and line to wait in should have really done better. It's a struggle to get in line which is usually past the stop sign on both sides, and interferes with the traffic going to the rest of the plaza. read more

I love this place! Everyone is super sweet and Vinny really helped me out! Thank you much for the great attitude that he put forward to me. Definitely deserves a big raise! We even both have the same name! SO I think I just gravitate toward his energy!! read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and even though it is the closest and most convenient location to my house I will never go back. I went to the drive thru this afternoon to grab a quick drink. I waited 27 minutes stuck in the drive thru with no way to get out (yes I timed it because I have a 15 month old who was in the backseat screaming his head off the entire time). They were out of 5 refreshers, had no oat milk, no egg bites. When I finally got my drink (with no apology for the ridiculous wait) and pulled ahead I looked down and it wasn't even the correct drink. I called the business number and reiterated this story and said I couldn't wait in the line again and couldn't come in because of said screaming baby and the woman who answered the phone told me 'if you're just calling to tell us it was a disaster that's pretty rude.' Basically, if you have any problem with the customer service that sucks for you, we take no criticism here. Ok cool. read more

Love! Super friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and spacious inside and their timing is spot on. This time I used the app to order and my items were ready faster than suggested time and perfect. read more

Such a great Starbucks location! The staff is hardworking, prompt, and always smiling. Coffee is great as usual and the area is very clean, albeit a little small, but I'm sure the area will calm down in a few months, fixing this small issue. I absolutely love this location & it's staff. They're always doing their best & remain super friendly even when they're crazy busy. Sweet & professional. This place is a part of my daily work routine & my go-to for any Starbucks overall. Great with customer service too read more

Slowest service EVER, rarely is your order correct and the parking lot/drive through line is a complete disaster. Happy, pleasant staff makes up for it, but it's frustrating. read more

I enjoy this Starbucks, but it says they open at 5:30. My sister and I had to do wedding makeup and stopped around 5:45 to get drinks. They shook their head no at us when we walked up to the door. If you open at 6, please change your times online. read more

I always have a great drive thru experience, but every time I do a mobile pick up it is always an unpleasant experience. The orders continue to move from a designated pick up location which makes the overall experience inconsistent, no one is greeted, and everyone just seems "too busy" to help you so when you ask for your mobile order you are treated as if you are bothering the staff. Today I had a difficult interaction since the music was so loud that the staff could not even hear me stating the name that my order was under. The order was incomplete and the staff member ignored me and walked away. I had to wait AGAIN for the person to walk back to the pick up section to tell them I was missing a drink. I think lowering the music and reminding the staff that this is supposed to be a friendly experience could make a huge difference. read more

Extremely unsatisfied with my experience today. First off, one of the cappuccinos I ordered was filled up half way, maybe even less than half way, which is unacceptable to me considering the price I paid for the coffee. Second off, I asked the lady working there if she could leave the stopper out of my coffee, which I thought wouldn't be a problem because the franchise promotes going green with no straws, and according to policy they are required to put the useless piece of plastic in every coffee even if it is the customers wishes. This is the only place I have ever run into these issues and I will NOT be going back. read more

I've only been through the drive through of Starbucks, but every I've had was immaculate. I imgaine the inside is clean, nice, organized, and gives off "Girl meets world" vibes. The drive through... so fricken slow, I get its the new popping place to be but I shouldnt havd to wait 8 minutes to get a lemonade and an overpriced cake pop (which is totally worth it though). I will say they have never spelt my name wrong and my drinks are always the three C's; correct, cold, and cute. Overall out of 5 I'm giving them a 3 soley for the main purpose that I have to sit in my car and wait for my drinks while partially dehydrated. Also would've gave them a 4 if the brand didnt have confusing ass size names if I want a grande I want a huge drink not a medium, kinda salty but lets not talk about it. Anyway love the starbucks, great addition to boring Sparta I was def getting sick of Dunkin Donuts. They blew my sock off! read more

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've given them a chance at least 5 times and every time I regret going here. It's like it's ever single employees first day, nobody knows what they're doing. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have gotten what is supposed to be a cocoa cloud macchiato and it is straight macchiato w ice. They need to learn how to make the drinks on the menu. At other Starbucks if you wait more than 10 mins they give you a cars for a free drink. Here you wait forever and I got yelled at by the guy at the window for showing up to early for my online order. I assumed ordering online made their life easier but I guess not. read more

I recently did a mobile order at the new Starbucks in Sparta. When I arrived there was a woman who had entered before me waiting to pick up her mobile order. There were six employees behind the counter, one was standing by the register, which there was nobody in line ordering, another was standing there looking at us waiting by the mobile order pickup area, and every once in a while putting the order stickers on the cups. One was was walking back and forth with a bag full of coffee cup lids, I'm assuming to look busy, one was taking the drive through orders and two were actually making the drinks. The woman and I stood there with everyone looking at us, but no one asking us what we were picking up, this went on for about 5 minutes. I finally got feed up and walked over to the register as if I was going to order, and told the employee behind the counter that myself and the woman standing by the mobile order pickup have been waiting to get our drinks. The employee told me to give her a moment and that she would look to see if our drinks were ready. I work in this area alot, but I will not be returning there for food or drinks anytime soon. They were anything but efficient. read more
