The customer service needs to improve. I used the mobile app to create an order. When I got there I just stood there for about 10 mins before I asked if my order ever came through. I even showed the one employee my phone. He then took my phone and showed it to another employee. When he came back I asked if I did anything wrong to make the order not go through. There was no response. He barely spoke to me. I was very confused. There was a woman there with pink and brown hair who saw also saw my phone, but said nothing to me. I then went to a different employee asking. Should I go? He asked someone and came back and told me that they are remaking it. I said, "thank you for finding out and letting me know. No one said anything to me and I'm just standing here." The woman with the brown and pink hair said, " I said we will make remake it." I told her I did not hear her because she never spoke to me. Not my favorite DD, but it's the local one. The kids working the counter are almost all friendly. The store is clean, but their coffee is usually weak. I'd rather go to the other side of the center and get a better coffee from Greene's Beans or across town to Cloveberry, but I have to admit that it's pretty convenient if I'm going to the cleaners next door. read more

This place sucks. Very dirty! Everytime I get my coffee there is some white stuff floating on top of it (now I know that was old cream). When I went to tell the manager that something was wrong with my coffee she got mad at me and started yelling. I went to go on my phone to use the Dunkin app the lady behind the counter yelled at me and refused to take my order. I've been here at night and it is so much better, and when you walk in you can see them cleaning. Never had a problem with the night crew. Better off getting better coffee at another coffee shop. I am a former employee who has worked here for 3 years... and let me tell you this place sucks. I was one of the few people who actually cleaned the store and that still doesn't take away the fact it has mold growing in the vents. One shift I went to work and I ate the veggie egg white not knowing it was 3 days past expiration date and I got food poisoning. In my opinion the people who own this store don't deserve anyone's hard earned money. They also treat workers like trash. They own 4 more stores around this area and they are all the same way, there is a reason why all these stores have 1 1/2 stars or less. read more

if i can give them nothing i would,beings it's on my way to school i stop there well now i will not be giving them my business. every single morning it's a different coffee i am drinking it's not what i order and half the time it's far from it on top of the fact i do the mobile ordering so when i walk in my coffee may or may not be gone due to the fact someone else grabbed it and i get an nasty look when i am standing around waiting for it. the employees are rude and don't follow proper rules for making food such as chewing gum while working. this place is overall not worth stopping at. they lost my respect when they started filling my cups up half way and saying i drank them just so i can get more in my cup. read more

I have never been treated so poorly before! I recently had surgery on my mouth and have noticeable swelling and bruising. The women who came to the counter after I had been waiting for a while looked at me strangely, then as I just start to place my order she goes "I can't hear a word she's saying" and walks away. Another woman came over and took my order with no problem and I explained my situation and she said "I had no problem hearing you, that's what matters" and she clearly felt bad for how I was just treated. As I'm leaving the nasty woman continued to talk about me to a customer standing at the pick up counter. Absolutely disgusted by this woman! I have came here on numerous occasions and it's always a disappointment! The morning crew are always rude and make you wait in line for numerous minutes. I disagree with the previous reviews of the Dunkin' Donuts store in Theatre Center, Sparta, NJ. As a Sparta resident, I visit the store at least once a week. I've found its premises to be clean, bright and inviting. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy. The food and beverages are delicious and well-made, including of course the donuts. There are usually parking spaces open right near the store, and if not, many spaces are available in the Theatre Center. The restroom is always clean. I happen to like Dunkin' Donuts Iced Coffee, Coolattas and sandwiches, as all are good and very affordable, so it makes sense I would like this store as well as many other DD stores. Finally, I have no connection to the management, owners or employees of this DD store other than as a patron. read more

Will never go there again until management fires incompetent worker! I am disabled and was treated so badly, I will never return. Went there to order just a small coffee before setting off to have a series of tests for medical problems. Lots of workers but one lady in particular (long hair, prob. in her 30's-40's- seemed like she was in charge) treated me so badly I have complained to Dunkin D.directly in writing. I am partially deaf and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that I did not hear the cashier call me because I was partially deaf and the man in front of me was blocking my view (therefore I could not see him). She was very rude and said, "Ma'am WE CALLED YOU TWICE!" Then after I ordered, I was told to pick up the order at the pick up counter. The same man was not picking up his large order blocking my view so I went to get a napkin. When I turned around he was gone, the counter was empty so I just waited. I heard some talk behind the counter but the counter is high with lots of things on it so again, I could not SEE the workers. The same woman yelled out and her TONE was not very nice. I went down to the order counter and there was my coffee. I explained to worker that I thought the cashier told me to pick up at the pick up counter. She said NO, we told you to pick up here. I said well, I must not have heard you because when I come here I am always told told to pick up at the pick up counter. She looked at me in a very disgusted way. I normally wouldn't have said anything and just walked out but I decided to tell her that I didn't appreciate her tone and that she was acting very unprofessional and was disrespecting me because of my disability. Horrible at taking directions. 4 people there and not one could do brown sugar oatmeal, with enough water, hot water, and no berries. Waste of money and I got so tired after the fourth time trying to get simply what I asked for so I gave up. Very displeased. read more
