I give this bagel shop credit! Since I moved to landing they have been there and where they're located throughout the years it has gotten like a ghost town. But they have held on with the same great tasting bagels and same faces (in the back). If it wasn't for my metabolism I'd be there daily. Support our local town Restaurants they are the true gems. And for the price it's so worth it!! I usually get a Taylor Ham (pork roll whatever) with egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Ughh I'm hungry now .... If you haven't had them go for it!! If you have go have some more. Enjoy!

Pretty good bagels @ Bagels On the Hill. Family lives nearby and this is "the" bagel shop for the traditional Sunday morning bagels. There's a wide variety, including all the classics and a few modern-day combinations (like black russian) that would make my Jewish grandma say "huh?". Bagels are fresh, but smaller than I've seen. It seems like they have gotten smaller here over the years. Service is quick, and the place is busy, so expect to wait a few minutes. It's a solid bagel shop, and good for a dozen for Sunday breakfast or a sesame with a shmear on the way to work.

I recently moved to Hopatcong NJ and was looking for a good Bagel place when I found one Called pops but they were not very good so I found a jewel called Bagles on the Hill well they got my order wrong twice so I gave them another chance and let me tell you they went above and beyond paid for my food and I will keep on going to them until I move they will be my go too love love love love this place!

a half eaten bagel

Really good bagels BUT they refuse to toast them! I always specify to and they say "ok," then I get home and see it's not toasted even a little! Fresh out of the oven is not the same as toasted. Some people like them a little crispier.

Bagels were mediocre, one step above grocery store. Not sure what's changed but quality has gone way down

They have great bagels here! This is the only place in the area that I will get bagels from, and I drive about 10 minutes just to come here.

(Reservations are not that easy to make last minute.) The restaurant is big and open but always busy. Kids get wax craft sticks to play with and bend into cool shapes, which I find very unique and cool. I feel like there is a difference between a diner and a true brunch place. A diner, of which there are numerous in New Jersey, is a establishment that churns out inexpensive, and potentially excellent, but very standard breakfast food - omelettes, pancakes, benedicts and the like. A true brunch place, on the other hand, offers things like lemon ricotta pancakes, cacio e pepe scrambles, mushroom thyme omelettes and shakshuka. Willow & Whisk is that kind of brunch place, and which is rare in New Jersey. The food options are varied, very tasty, and with good portion sizes. I love the shakshuka and the mushroom thyme omelette. Oh gosh, when is our next reservation again?

What really stood out to me was the presentation. The plating is decorative and gives upscale, fine dining vibes, which makes the whole brunch feel elevated rather than just casual. The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts. It has a cute café-style brunch vibe with an airy, light, and inviting decor. It feels relaxed but still aesthetically put together. The service was also excellent--our server was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I also liked that they offer mocktails and allow BYOB for alcohol, which gives you flexibility depending on your preference. Now, just to be real--this place is popular, so expect a wait. It can get crowded and a bit tight inside, especially during peak brunch hours. Parking is also something to plan for since there's limited space (the lot only fits about four cars), so you'll likely need to find street parking. Overall, I definitely recommend Blossom Brunch. The food, vibe, and service are all on point. Honestly, they're doing so well that I hope they expand soon--it's clearly a spot that's in demand and could benefit from more space.

The space looks great and the service was fast and very friendly. It was around 1 PM, so we stuck to lunch sandwiches, but can't wait to return for eggs sometime soon. We ordered a "Jane's", which was a chicken filet with pesto, special sauce, burrata, roasted red peppers and more. Very tasty and good proportions where the pesto didn't overwhelm the other flavors. We also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with vodka sauce and mozzarella, which was also excellent. Looking forward to returning!

They do not skimp on it- lots of cheese, eggs, and ham on a large fresh round roll. Delicious! This sandwich beats out Bill's Luncheonette across the street so go try it for yourself Service - fast, friendly and attentive staff that welcomes you as soon as you walk in. They are very quick on fulfilling orders. Much faster than Bill' Luncheonette so if you in a hurry then this place is a slam dunk. Ambiance- nice and clean inside. It is not so much an eat in place as it is a deli but it does have stools and a bar along the front to eat inside if preferred. More suited for take out orders. Definitely my #1 go to place for breakfast to go in the area! Try it and prove me wrong
