Busy store. Expectorant have long line at drive thru. Only coffee in the area with a large high school close by. Morning employees are consistent with product and attitude. They get the orders right, even with substitutions. Afternoon employees have personality! They also get orders right and remember you!! Seasonal beverages are a nice change to menu. Ordered two iced drinks one being iced Gingerbread Chai. She gave me a hot drink, I said oh it's supposed to be iced. ( I know I said iced as I order this drink a lot) she was not happy about having to make the iced drink. I drive away and go to take a drink and she didn't make it right, very little cold foam, no spices and very watered down. Not at all what I know it should be. She was irritated she had to remake it and just threw it together. Very disappointed. They cost too much to not taste good! Update. We love this Starbucks! But I have heard recently that people have complained about service is to slow. It is not done on purpose they are all working bees working very fast. They happen to be the busiest Starbucks all around due to all the new homes and businesses that were built further down on Pyramid. They do the best they can with how many customer walk-ins, drive through, mobile orders they get plus the high school kids that come in through out the day. Yes they are a busy store. If you choose to go to this Starbucks give yourself sometime due to how busy they are. If you are in a super big hurry that day you might want to go to another Starbucks closer into town that is not as busy. If the inside is not busy the drive though is and the employees are all assigned different stations. The employee at the counter also has to keep up on ice, supplies etc. but he or she will be right there to take your order asap. These employees are amazing and work their butts off. The manager Kera is as sweet as can be and also does an amazing job with her store and all of her employees who all love her. That says a lot! Everyone is friendly and its a fun Starbucks to hang out in. Please don't give up on them but just be patient and come in and say hi. No I am not an employee but a loyal customer for many years. This Starbucks is near my house and most conveniently located for nearest drive thru coffee! It's a newer location. Clean. Baristas always make great coffee. My dogs are also happy campers when they get a treat in the drive thru. read more

This is fast becoming my favorite Starbucks. Not only is this location close to me. But they are so friendly and earnest. I am so glad they opened this location. I also believe they love animals. If I have one of our dogs with us they often ask if they would like a puppacino. It is nice to know that our animals are loved. Store is clean, large and has ample parking. However, the drive-thru speaker was hard to find for me. The first time I ended up at the window and asked if I missed it. Sure enough, I had but it didn't upset them at all that I was at the window. read more

Over the years I have gone to Starbucks less and less with the main reason being service or quality of the product and my experience today was no exception. Not necessarily a big deal by any means, but when you're paying over $6 for a drink and/or sandwich it'd be nice if they could make it right. I ordered my usual Grande iced white mocha with half pumps and received a drink nearly completely white in color. I expressed concern that it didn't look right and I was told "I can remake it but it will look exactly the same". Not the best service response at all, and so I again expressed that it was too white and not normal, which means you put too much milk in it, but they made it exactly the same way only making the situation more annoying, especially with all the other workers looking over like I'm crazy for wanting a latte and not flavored milk. Aside from that, I would recommend that you don't make sandwiches before the drink is ready otherwise people will be eating cold food after waiting 5-10 minutes for their drink. Hopefully management reads this and actually cares, but nowadays good service is few and far between. read more

As a former employee at this location it made me sad coming in and seeing that the baristas were cussing on the floor and being rude/ignoring people in the lobby. All employees did not work with me or have knowledge of me working here and when I asked for a green tea shaken I got an eye roll and a scoff. I watched another barista not wearing an apron saying how "stupid that sh*t is" and how he only wears one in the morning. The music was nice however the lobby was dirty. Nitro cold brews are not iced. Ordered one today. Drove off and it is all ice. Not cool. The whole purpose of this drink is the creamy flavor. Ruined by a cup of ice and a tiny bit of coffee. Stopped in for a chai tea latte. haven't been to a Starbucks in months with all the Covid issues but a chai tea latte just sounded good this morning with a crisp fall in the air. I've never been to this location before and probably won't come again as it seems they have changed their recipe because I received the most watered down chai tea latte I have ever had the misfortune of receiving in my entire life. This Starbucks used to have a rough time on the customer service and speed, they were always so slow, and something was wrong with a drink or order. I know it's been rough with staffing during COVID so it never changed my perspective, just my patience some mornings! These days they're way better, and consistent! I can always tell when Stanley is working because the line moves faster and everything is always correct. He and the others have a great personality and I always feel welcomed. read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to in awhile. Staff is super rude. The coffee that was brought home this morning from this location was so disgusting. There was about an inch and a half of vanilla syrup at the bottle of the cup(literally could see out the other side. Just like water) then the expired shots sat above the small pond of vanilla syrup then milk and ice and then 3 more inches of air into cup hit lid. So as one would who spent 11 + dollars on a fancy drink would u take it back. So I took them back. They couldn't have cared less didn't want them back didn't even open the window to speak to me until they finished my new drink to replace whatever it was they made the first time. I don't think I would be so upset about it if it was the first time but this happens often at this location. So I definitely won't be returning to this location at all. read more

They take SUCH good care of us here! We go to this Starbucks literally every morning and we have great conversations with the staff who are so sweet and hard working. I can't say enough good things about them and the store, especially with how well they manage everything (even when short-staffed). The staff has great attitudes, and any customer with a poor attitude should consider how much the staff members put up with on a daily basis with smiles on their faces. read more

If you put mobile orders through here don't expect it to be done . I supposedly order because it's fast and efficient and i always end up waiting there 10-15 minutes waiting on something that never went through. There's always something missing in my order and the employees aren't very efficient when it comes to asking what I'm waiting on , even when they do see me standing there for long periods of time . Need to pay attention to orders. How do you screw up venti iced coffees with non fat non classic. Well it happened. No nonfat even though the tag says so and yep there was classic in it. We ordered 3 drinks and messed up on 2. one of the drinks was a strawberry lemonade refresher with no berries and they gave it to us with berries.. the second drink was a Carmel crunch frap and the gave me a Carmel crunch frap with no Carmel and no crunch's in it... over all it wasn't my favorite service read more
