Always order ahead of time on the mobile app and they always have it ready in time. Staff is friendly and follow directions very well for the drinks we order. I usually customize my coffee drink because I don't want a super sugary coffee. I usually get their cold coffee with light ice and it's very good. I have also had the lemonade drangonfruit tea.

Wow!!!! 5Stars on customer service and super friendly staff, quick fast service with a smile, great location super clean and well organized. Great spot to sit all windows around, positive vibe! Perfect place for coffee, Chai latte and such a relaxing atmosphere.

Starbucks is my go to for taking lunch during my Truck driving day. The Sonoma Starbucks is reliably good, clean bathrooms, good coffee, and friendly Staff. Some Starbucks are better than others for particular reasons, including the seating. There's some that have nothing but hard wooden seats, and others that have lots of padded chairs that are soft, like the Sonoma one, and that's preferable. The staff here is great too, including Gregor, who opens the Sonoma Store. He's super friendly and helpful, and goes out of his way to be kind and helpful to me, memorizing what I like and getting it ready as soon as he sees me. He obviously loves his job and does a very good job at making people feel taken care of. I highly recommend this store because of him and his enthusiasm for what he does. It really shines through. Not all Starbucks are as good as the Sonoma store. Come in there in the morning and you'll see. Ok I am coming back and updating this review to a TEN STAR review for Gregor and Ruby specifically! In the last few days I had my power shut off in the PSPS, and this amazing opening duo were there to reduce and eliminate almost all the stress from having no power to charge my devices or even make coffee at home! Of all the Starbucks I go to, Gregor and Ruby are my favorite two baristas! They know what I like and make it as soon as they see me arrive, they go out of their way to make me feel cared about, and to make sure that I have everything possible that I need with everything that they have available. I cannot speak highly enough of these two. They deserve employee of the year! Thank you SO MUCH Gregor and Ruby! There were other great people there too, but those two stand out above and beyond. I can see them do it with other people too, so it's not just me that they make feel this way. Thanks again! I'm a fan for life! PS: to the management, please replace or fix all the outlets for power along the bench, they are totally worn out and barely working. We need those outlets during the power shut offs. Matthew

This place is just like every other Starbucks... clean establishment.. it didn't look like a big store or too busy from the outside but pretty spacey with a line with two workers...The workers handled the rush very well and got the drinks out pretty fast. Both workers seemed very experienced. Drink was made to perfection. The location has chairs and tables if needed for work or just to have coffee with friends and some chatter. Cute little place should visit if ever on Highway 12.

Most people visit Baker and Cook for its bakery: breakfast and lunch. But Nick Demerest, formerly…read moreof Chez Panisse, brings the same culinary excellence he showed at Harvest Moon to Baker and Cook on Friday and Saturday evenings. Easily some of the best food in Sonoma, and clearly the best value anywhere in wine country, Nick's perfectly seasoned and generous entrees outshine local restaurants that charge twice the price. The homemade ravioli and bouillabaise we had last night were beautifully presented and delicious. The wine list is small but provides carefully selected bottles at near retail--half of what other restaurants would charge. And you get the same friendly and attentive service here that we loved at Harvest Moon. From the front, the restaurant looks like a fast food outlet in a strip center, but the back patio is generous and quiet. Not luxurious, but friendly and comfortable--like dining on your own porch. Our new favorite in Sonoma.

Plus I'm always skeptical of counter ordering... more lameness. I had the best scrambled eggs and de-caf Americano I have ever had in my life! I ordered the biscuits and gravy, which is really very good, not a classic in the genre, but if you are a collector of biscuits-and-gravy, do definitely order it. And that's how you are going to get those scrambled eggs. My bride had the Bagel with Smoked Salmon + Avocado. Among the best bagels I've had, and very generous portions of salmon and avocado beautifully arranged. We share plates and the bagel+salmon+scrambled eggs were over-the-top. Do stop in, they are very friendly at the counter, the patio is calling, and if there are any baguettes left when you leave, leave with one. I already miss it and can't wait to go back. And that's rare...

The seating area down the "alley" next to the garage is also decorated with old automobile and motorcycles. The cafe has a small food menu and some pastries. Italian Soda: Served cold and not as sweet as normal soda. Got the lemonade one for the kids and they loved it. Honey Lavender Coffee and Iced Chai Latte: Both were slightly too sweet for us but had good taste and we liked the colorful straws tghey came with.

I ordered a 16 oz iced caramel latte, and it cost over $7. The drink only came with two shots of espresso, and I was even more surprised to learn that adding an extra shot costs $4, which seems excessive. The service also left a lot to be desired. When I walked up, there wasn't a single employee in sight. I waited around 12 minutes before someone finally came out to take orders, and there wasn't any acknowledgment or apology for the wait. To top it off, the coffee itself just wasn't good. The latte lacked flavor and wasn't enjoyable, especially considering the price. It's the worst tasting coffee I've had in a while. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this spot if you're looking for a good cup of coffee. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that offer better quality, better service, and more reasonable prices.
