Delicious iced treats abound with friendly service from staff. You get to sample a few of their ice cream flavors, the Mexican chocolate is rich & decadent! I wanted something portable & easy. Stopped by for coffee and ice cream on two separate occasions and both times was treated promptly. Ordered the horchata latte and matcha latte. Both were good and on the less sweet side which is perfect. Came back for ice cream and got the espresso chip and horchata. The espresso chip was not too strong and had a nice amount of chips sprinkled throughout. The horchata ice cream was better than the latte and had a nice cinnamon swirl throughout. In case you needed evidence, Cielito proves my belief that Sonoma's treasures are not centered around its plaza. On two separate occasions I came here for a single scoop of perfection: Salted Caramel Praline ice cream. On the second visit I added a Mango-Passion Fruit paleta ($5) which was good but not so good that I wouldn't try a different flavor next time. Double scoops run $8.50 but this is high quality, very satisfying ice cream and the scoops are good-sized. The shop is immaculate and I'd probably like to try everything on offer but I've found it difficult to tear myself away from that Salted Caramel Praline ice cream. read more

I will admit that this review is merely for the ice cream and not the several other options they offer. So, the few times I've been here, I have been impressed with their selection and quality of ice cream. The staff have always been very helpful and never shy of giving you a healthy portion of ice cream. When it comes to the quality, again quite good, considering the fierce competition they have in town. Price wise, very affordable, so that's a plus as well. While there other non ice cream options look good, I typically would avoid them as they are not my cup of tea, but it seems many others enjoy them though. read more

So glad I randomly found this place when I was passing through Sonoma. They have a variety of options. I got their new PB&J smoothie with a house-made chia jam -- YUM!!! It was $9.75 for the smallest size (which is fairly large). It sounds a little pricey but definitely worth every penny. In the future I would love to try their ice cream, they have so many unique flavors like Ube. The service was great. They were very friendly and made my order super fast. Wow! Just wow. My husband and I stopped by for some coffee while visiting Sonoma and we were thoroughly impressed by this spot. The coffees were exceptional- we got a latte and a cappuccino- and they offer alternative milk options although they charge extra. I got a smoothie and it was an amazing blend of whole frozen fruits, no concentrates or additives. We did not order any ice cream or popsicles but I might have to come back as the flavors were all so intriguing and all made in house. After driving by this place a few times, I finally had an opportunity to stop in. I needed to get something for "dinner" for me and my friend and I also wanted to try this place, so I decided to order a couple of their acai bowls. I hadn't had such a thing in long time and had forgotten it's a largely frozen treat. It was okay though - we ate it my car with the heater blasting so we didn't get cold (it was winter). The impressive thing was how HUGE the bowls were. The young woman just kept piling stuff on and on and on until the plastic dome lid barely fit over the cup to contain everything. As such, it was a little hard to eat, but it was very filling and we both loved it. I also picked up a couple of pastries. It was late at night and they were probably baked that morning, but they were tasty nonetheless. Highly recommend this shop. They do have some small tables to eat at too. read more

Hidden gem! I came here for ice cream and was surprised to see they have more than just what is in their name. They have smoothies and bowls too! I got a churro sundae which came with two scoops of ice cream and freshly made churros. The ice cream I got was salted caramel with a caramel drizzle. Very disappointing experience I had just now... went in looking for a quart of the PB Oreo Ice Cream and she had it in the case but refused to pack a quart for me to purchase. It's been done several times and I feel this was just an excuse to be lazy and not scoop it up. She said the items in the case "take priority to sell" which ok but if the flavor a customer is wanting to buy isn't in there then shouldn't she still sell what the customer wants to purchase? I then asked when the person that handles this would be in so I can clarify my confusion she look at me and said "she's usually here in mornings but she doesn't speak much English" which clearly was a jab because I'm white. Very strange and sad encounter because the ice cream is good but the service is never great. read more

Everything is handmade and all natural so you do not have to feel guilty about splurging and binging. My personal favorite is their bionico. The fruits are fresh and you can substitute fruits if you have a preference. The staff is very friendly and they are anticipatory. A friend and I came for breakfast and she wanted to have the strawberries and cream but felt it was too early to have too much cream in the morning, she was offered to have the cream exchanged for yogurt! The location itself is also great. There's plenty amount of parking space available behind the store (it's in the bank plaza) and there interior of the store is clean and spacious. We saw this from the road going south on 12 to Sonoma and stopped in. 5 stars for the fantastic ice cream, 3 stars for the ok coffee. The small scoop of cookies and cream was fantastic- it had a very high-quality creamy taste, and the cookie chunks were large. I'd recommend everyone check out the ice cream here! The cappuccino was just ok. It was really hot (typically I like it hot but this was scalding) and a bit flavorless. The employee helping us was very nice. The store overall was clean and spacious.
