Great location! Ample seating. It was a wonderful hang out place or just to work on your laptop for the afternoon place. They also sell Rutgers Starbucks cups at the location

I'm not a coffee drinker but have stopped here a few times for a hot chocolate. The staff were welcoming and the establishment is clean. They do have a front and back entrance by parking can be difficult to find especially on weekends since it's downtown Somerville. I recently did an online order for pick up, it stated pick would be available within 10 mins but ended up taking about 30 mins, it was on a weekend though on a weekday I was in and out so be mindful of this.

If you like Starbucks and want to.find a friendly one with room.to work or just hangout and relax then this Starbucks is for you. It has become my very favorite Starbucks. It's located on Main Street in Somerville and you can access it from the ShopRite parking lot and enter through the back where you can park for free, or if your on Main Street and walking you can also access the front entrance. I loved that they played rock music versus coffee house music it was a nice change and upbeat mood. The staff is very friendly and smiling , I felt like they really enjoyed working here which is rare for any Starbucks. Usually, the employees look worn out. I definitely feel a sense of community. They have a wall in the front of the store covered in photos of random local people who visit from the neighborhood or just visiting the area. There are a few high tops , counter space with seating and comfortable lounge chairs with coffee tables for sitting and relaxing. This store was very clean, As a matter of fact when I was entering through the back entrance one of the staff was spritzing the doors and making sure they were clean. My Matcha Frappuccino was made perfectly, and I noticed a good mix of adults, teens, and some children. They sell juice boxes and milK for kids along with baked goods, salads , and sandwiches and chips. There is a nice assortment of travel mugs, custom packed coffees, and coffee and tea related gifts. FYI- this place does get very busy so if your in a hurray and don't want to wait in line call ahead and place your order. I will definitely be returning here

I ordered a venti and this is how much I got in my cup I literally drank nothing. Am I a joke.

Don't go to this Starbucks if you don't have to, the one on Branchburg across RVCC is 1000% times better the drinks SLAP everytime. And the workers aren't rude. Or the one in white house station, honestly any other location is better then this one I have a problem everytime I go.

I love having this Starbucks so close to me . I can easily take a stroll from getting my haircut . They are pretty busy on a regular. They keep the line moving and turn out the drinks pretty quick . The staff is always super friendly and that's a really good quality. It's located close to shoprite and many shops and restaurants in somerville . So if you have the need for caffeine stop on in.

I just realized I never gave this place a proper review although I've been here so many times! The staff has always been so nice and their barista skills are worth the visit every time. Although, there was that one period when they first opened..but that's so in the past. But really, the baristas are awesome. If they are ever in a bad mood, they do a great job hiding it. It's such a perfect location since they are right on the corner of Downtown Main St and Davenport St. in Somerville. Finding a seat hasn't ever been a problem for me and neither was finding an outlet. And now with their new wireless charging stations embedded into the tables, they are truly satisfying my inner techy. I really enjoy coming here to study while having my favorite Starbucks drink at the same time. Can't beat it.

The inside was warm and cozy, with plenty of seating and adorable decor. I saw many people chatting or typing away on their computers, so it is clearly a welcoming place no matter the occasion. They have a solid food menu alongside classic coffee and tea selections. While they offer fun specialty coffees and refreshers, my favorite part was their seasonal menu. This time around, I tried a bit of everything. I ordered the raspberry almond shortcake matcha as well as the sticky toffee pudding latte from their winter menu, and then added the Spanish latte from their specialty lineup! Of course, we needed even more, so after being stuck between the smoked salmon toast and the hummus toast, I opted for the latter. I was so happy with my choice! It was a light, refreshing homemade hummus topped with a Mediterranean salad of cucumber, onion, and tomato. The balance between the cheese, the creamy hummus, and the crisp salad was amazing. To finish, because a sweet treat is essential, we got one of their pastries: the cheese danish. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the staff was super friendly. This is a must-visit spot and I can't wait to be back!

I was looking for a good baguette in my neighborhood for a while. But as simple as a baguette may seem, making a tasty one is an art. I was running some errands when I suddenly felt pekish. I saw on Yelp that there was an "authentic French bakery" nearby and decided, "Why not?" Originally, I was thinking of getting a quiche, but as I got into the store, I decided to switch to an avocado egg sandwich. I am sure quiche is good, but I was impressed by the sandwich. It came on the plate with very fresh salad greens. Greens there fresh and sauce tangy, just what one needs to cut through the richness of avocado and egg. I think I had an entire Avacado cut on it. The avocado itself was just right. But the star of the show, for me, was a baguette! I inhaled the entire dish and asked if they sell baguettes on their own, which they do. The bakery associate told me they just ran out, but they are baking new ones now. If I wait 10-15 minutes, I will get a freshly baked one. I could not believe my lack. They came as promises and they were great, just smell alone was to die for There are so many other things I want to try, so I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys, you all made my day!

Don't let the menu fool you, there is plenty to choose from and each caffeinated beverage is prepared with the utmost care and attention. Coffee, espresso, tea, hot chocolate, and more plus dairy free milk options are available. There is quite a robust instant ramen selection available to pair with your beverage. There is also colorful artwork, an old-school Nintendo system & box TV for some retro nostalgia, and an art station make it a perfect way to escape and relax. It's completely okay for the pastries being outsourced but at the end of the day, it either tastes good or doesn't and unfortunately, for its a hidden cafe it was one disappointment after the next when it came to the food. Also, the cost of one shoprite apple turnovers from the cafe buys you the whole case at shoprite which is *actually* the same exact food. The breakfast sandwich was the most unflavorful and bland breakfast sandwich I've ever had, counting both outside and even at home. It was difficult to take a third or fourth bite of any of the food. The coffee also did not stand out to me in any way. Coming in very hungry, I was excited and while food typically tastes better when hungry, I just couldn't enjoy it. with this experience, I have to give the food a 2/5 If you're looking for a spot to hangout or get some work in, I'd say it's worth visiting. It is decorated nicely and has board games and a decent amount of seating and some mini tables. It looks like a feel good place people can stop by to sit and relax for a little bit. Service is fine, the owner is chill and nice to talk to.

Pretty homey feel when you walk into the store. There was a cute selfie wall when you walk to the register. The menu is pretty extensive. I debated getting a drink but was so full from lunch that I got a box of the ube crinkle instead. My husband did order an ube shake for him and my son, so the three of us shared. First I noticed that people don't come here for one drink- people leave with 4-5! Everything looked so good coming out that I couldn't wait to try my husband's shake. Staff was friendly and place was clean! They did have those floor fans going on which I assume was to try the wet footprints from the melting snow outside, so I think that made the restaurant louder the it is. The ube shake was delicious! It was a little hard to drink at first because it was made pretty icy. I'd prefer mine to be a little smoother, but not a huge thing since it'll just melt. My 5 year old LOVED the "ice cream". He drank a good amount which was shocking. I had the ube crinkle when I got home and it was SO good. It was the perfect softness and it wasn't overly powered on top. I ended up eating a second one, which I normally would never do but I couldn't help myself! It wasn't overly sweet or coated with powder and the softness just made it that much better. Would I come back? I would if I happen to be in the area, I will definitely stop by to try the rest of their cakes/drinks!

Just pure goodness. Kathy and her husband take great pride in their Filipino menu, offering a variety of delightful treats centered around the beloved purple yam. Now, you might be wondering, what exactly is ube, and why is it so popular? Contrary to popular belief, ube isn't a fruit. It's actually a purple sweet potato that's highly sought after in the Philippines. If you love taro, you'll love ube even more. It's a staple in many Filipino desserts and dishes, known for its rich flavor and vibrant color. If you're in search of delectable drinks and cookies, this is your spot. Their signature ube drinks range from floats and lattes to coffees, milk teas, and even ice cream. All with delicious bits of real ube in every sip. Not in the mood for ube? No problem. They offer a wide variety of options, including their Pinoy series, pandan drinks, Milo drinks, matcha, cold brews, and more. And I have to mention, they now serve Vietnamese coffee, Filipino-style.
