While the drive thru line is always crazy- does not matter what time of day you come- the inside is pretty quiet relative to the drive thru. For example it's 1:30 pm (middle of the work day) and the drive thru line is wrapped around the building, but when I walked in- I was the only person in line! Yay! The barista was nice and friendly. So I'm hoping they've turned this place around- in terms of staff. When it first opened- everyone was so pleasant- it was great! Then it took a hard nose dive with not so nice people who worked here. But lately when I come everyone is pretty great. However the service still takes A WHILE. I am the only person inside, and I see them making all types of mobile orders - while they are STILL not making my coffee. It's really frustrating. I ordered my coffee at 1:21pm and it's 1:29pm and I still don't have my coffee. Granted I get a complicated drink- that you have to blend and add whipped cream and caramel too- but it still doesn't take almost 10 minutes to make it! So I finally received my drink at 1:30- nearly 9 minutes I waited for a drink that takes 3 minutes tops to make! They really need to fix their system they have in place for walk-ins/drive thru/mobile orders- because things aren't adding up! And a lot of people (including myself) come here on a work/lunch break with limited time. So to waste 10 of my minutes to wait for a coffee is just not PRACTICAL when I have other things to do. However the coffee drink was YUMMY!

On the app for the birthday reward it says "free food or drink on us" but when I got to the window they it only applies to drinks which is completely false according to the website. Fix the website or inform your employees.

This review is for the red reusable cup that I got for this holiday season. I like to keep a reusable cup in the car in case I go to Starbucks and I want to use it. This is a medium size which is perfect and the holiday drink that I had to buy in order to get it free was an iced sugar cookie with almond milk. Very good and a few too many calories for me so I gave it to Mike. I wish if they were going to require you to buy a holiday drink that they would have a low calorie option.

Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. With tough commutes this is about halfway in between mine so sometimes I like to grab a cup of coffee during traffic. This last time I grabbed a sweet cream pumpkin cold brew and man was it so good! I did order ahead and my drink was waiting for me when I got there! Yay for a time saver!

About half the time, they have great baristas but sometimes there are really bad ones and the lattes aren't great, with barely any foam.

Luckily, they do have a large space with lots of tables and some couches so finding a seat wasn't a problem. Their menu includes drinks and food (breakfast and lunch). My friend and I shared the BOM sandwich which comes on a Portuguese BOLO with gruyere cheese, roasted red peppers, onion, spinach, BOM sauce, chorizo, and fried egg. For our drinks I had a cinnamon crunch iced coffee with whole milk and coconut cold foam and my friend had one of the coff-tails. I took in all the artwork around the walls while I waited for our order to come out. They brought the sandwich out to us, but I went up to the counter to get the drinks. The sandwich was incredibly good, especially the BOM sauce that was a little spicy. The sausage was thick and well cooked, and the veggies tasted fresh. The bread was very good too but I wish it was slightly toasted (next time). My drink was good. It was not sweet at all, which the cashier did prepare me for, but it still tasted good to me. The milk and coconut cold foam made it very creamy and the coconut flavor was very present throughout. We paid around $20 for the sandwich and two drinks which is fair. They have a drive thru window on the left side of the building, with the line wrapping around the back of the building, with plenty of parking in the front and back for dining in.

It's a cute, welcoming shop with genuinely nice staff and a lot of personality. I had a fantastic cold brew topped with maple cold foam, along with The Hot One -- egg, cheese, hot honey butter and chorizo on a locally made bolo. The bolo was incredible: beautifully toasted on the outside, soft inside, with that wonderful hot honey butter playing against the spicy chorizo, egg and melted cheese. Absolutely scrumptious. You can tell there's a lot of love here -- in the food, in the coffee, and in the shop itself. Fundati is another reminder of just how lucky Rhode Island is to have so many terrific independent coffee houses. What a gem!

First, I like the big tall windows and the patio area outside which I assume is very popular during warmer months. Second, I was captivated by the different cold brew drip towers they have going. They have a lot of unique drink flavors to choose from, of which I picked the honey lavender latte. At first I thought it was a little too sweet, but it grew on me by the second sip. I could actually taste both the lavender and the honey. The size was just right and the prices are also average. I stayed a little reading a book and found that is it a peaceful environment even though some people were studying and others were playing board games. I would come back to try other items. The staff was very friendly.

Wow - this may have just become my favorite coffee! I ordered the Beach Bum - a summer seasonal latte with coconut, hazelnut and vanilla as an iced coffee and it was absolutely delicious. It earned a permanent spot in my cup holder for the drive home and I was already thinking about my next visit before I got there. The shop itself is cute and welcoming. I even had the chance to watch Scott Groome painting a new mural outside and it's going to look fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient and happy to answer my questions, which made the visit even better. My only complaint is that the menu changes a little too quickly. There were drinks I wanted to come back and try that were already gone! That's probably just another reason I'll have to keep stopping by. The sandwich I thought was a little messy with the avocado and chipotle. A little on the gooey side. But I did love the crispy bacon and well cooked egg. It's a nice area and the restaurant has a variety of fresh fruits/vegetables and other farmers market like items for sale along with a large seating area and bar. Our waitress was incredibly kind and knowledgeable of the menu. She answered any questions we had with no issue. As we left she apologized for the delay as they were understaffed. In truth, we didn't even notice. The service was excellent and we were in and out in less than 50 minutes. If this was tough night for them I can't imagine how stellar their service is on a good night! Congrats! For food we ordered the burrata pesto dip, crab cakes, and curry chicken lettuce cups. The "dip" was more of a plate of burrata with pesto and 4 pieces of bread. The cheese and pesto were great but we wished there were 2 more pieces of bread to split. The curry chicken was delicious. Probably my favorite of the meal. The curry spices were excellent, lettuce crisp, and I loved the addition of the cranberries. I didn't think it would come out as a chicken salad consistency but it didn't hinder the dish. The only miss were the crab cakes. Obviously crab is seafood but I found the cakes to be very fishy. The consistency was off and became mushy pretty quickly. When we return I'd skip these. Three tapas, one mai tai, and a mocktail came out to $88. Not as bad as I was expecting and we would definitely come back again to try some other menu items.
