I had the Cheese Blintz which consisted of three small blintz. The Blintz made up for size with taste and richness. The cheese was delicious I'm guessing ricotta and cream cheese. The compost my wife guessed was boysenberry regardless it was delicious. My wife had the sausage gravy and biscuit a very large side dish along with a hash brown casserole which was cheesy and so much better than the Cracker Barrel version. Service was excellent. She was awesome about my request, took it a step further and did not tell me what I ordered until I was finished it. The barista made a Tuxedo Latte and it was delicious! Smoky Mountain Espresso has a very relaxed atmosphere with a cozy fireplace. This is the kind of coffee shops that makes you feel warm and welcomed. Plenty of seating is placed throughout the shop including an abundance of outdoor seating. My favorite part of the coffee shop, besides the barista, was its Pay It Forward operation.
