This is a great location for a quick stop right off the Interstate before you get into Knoxville. The service is very friendly and the Baristas make a great cup of Latte.

Perhaps I should make it a new life goal to hit up all the Starbucks in the U.S. cause I feel like I've got a good list of them going already. LOL! I have definitely reviewed a fair number of them. This one is right up there with the standard solid chain location. We headed inside cause I wanted to check out the collectible mugs, which they only have the Tennessee one, FYI. The staff was very friendly and quick to make the drinks. My drink was made exactly as ordered. I loved their Edison lighting and it looks like a warm, inviting place to sit / work if you wanted to hang out here. Overall: A A great location for the chain with good seating and great staff.

i rarely run into problems here . on mornings they are SUPER busy but i don't mind waiting because the baristas are always kind and reassuring . my only problem is they never pronounce my name right. the parking lot is ridiculous though . the food is not always above par but gets the job done . yesterday i tried a danish. no bueno . but they offer a pleasant experience .

Late, but still Sunday so picked up the paper and took some reading time.

Dropped on for New York Times and late iced green tea. Glad this location is open until 10pm on a Sunday as we are traveling far distances right now. Clean and friendly staff. Lots of seating, including long community table and window bar seats.

Waited for 20 minutes for three drinks. Meanwhile, they served the drive thru line before me. I heavily recommend against ever coming in.

Starbucks is always good. This location stays busy because it is right beside the interstate, but I've always received good service.

More importantly, it's totally worth it. We got a box of goodies and they were all fantastic. You can taste the quality of the products they use. You can taste the butter. It's just lovely. My husband also really liked his latte. We sat inside and ate some of our goodies. We took the rest home for my mum for Mother's Day. My family loved them, too. Nice space. We also bought some whole wheat flour as a gift while there. Will absolutely go back when I'm in the area.

If I'd had more time, I would have loved hanging out here for a while. I only managed to get here about 45 minutes to close, so their selection was understandably if somewhat disappointingly quite picked over. I wound up with a cranberry oat scone and a blueberry and raspberry hand tart. The employee was very pleasant and warm. I appreciated her eagerness to help and positive attitude despite my late arrival. The baked goods sadly didn't really live up to my expectations. The cranberry oat scone was the much better of the two; it was pleasantly sweet and had the proper scone texture and only a little dry. Unfortunately, the hand tart had several edges that I discovered later had been burnt. This impacted the flavor of the whole item and sadly diminished it greatly. The fruit filling was tasty at least, though I didn't get much raspberry from it -- mostly blueberry. I'd be down to try again in the future, just would come earlier in the day when the selection is a bit larger and the products available are a bit more "choice," let's say. I appreciated the kind service and lovely vibes!

The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and relaxing, with soaring vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous stone fireplace, plenty of natural light, and air conditioning that makes it the perfect place to escape the Tennessee heat. They even have a covered porch with fans and café lighting if you'd rather enjoy your coffee outside. The beachy Hawaiian vibe is unlike anything else around. It's peaceful, inviting, and a wonderful place to study, catch up with friends, work remotely, or simply unwind with a great cup of coffee. The coffee is outstanding. Mahalo roasts their own beans, and you can absolutely taste the difference. Every cup is smooth, rich, and full of flavor. My favorite is the decaf, which has delicious notes of cocoa and toasted marshmallow, but I've enjoyed several of their regular coffees too. They also offer great milk options, including Califia Farms almond and oat milk, along with traditional milk, cream, and other alternatives. The drive-thru is quick and convenient, making it easy to grab a coffee on the go, but I highly recommend spending a little time inside because the space is so inviting. Their merchandise is also adorable! The shirts, hats, mugs, and bags of freshly roasted coffee make it hard to leave without taking something home. If you're anywhere near Knoxville and looking for an incredible local coffee shop, Mahalo Coffee is absolutely worth the stop. Between the exceptional coffee, beautiful space, amazing staff, and genuine hospitality, it's the kind of place you'll want to visit again and again. Mahalo truly brings a little slice of Hawaii to East Tennessee. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. There were sandwiches and other savories, tasty dessert bites, a fruit cup with homemade whipped cream, and a light fluffy scone. The Tea menu is immense and contains very thorough descriptions of each tea and herbal. We started with a pot of Macabea Green, moved on to the Eye of Niv Oolong and made our last pot a blended black. The afternoon tea finished with a sparkling tea which was first for us, but so fun an unique. I highly recommend this tearoom. It has a wonderful vibe and Alex and Vesper were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I came on a Sunday at noon for an afternoon tea and were seated right away in the garden themed room by Christian. He explained the menu and the expansive tea list (SO many options and well-organized and explained via menu). He mentioned that an afternoon tea experience typically lasts around 1.5 hours. My daughter ordered the Picnic at the World's Fair kid tea experience and I got the Old City Socie-Tea. We ended up waiting about 35-40 minutes to receive our tea but after that, the scone and finger food courses rolled out quickly. The scone (with clotted cream, preserves, and lemon curd) was incredible. The scone was fresh, warm and incredibly soft and crumbly. It was even heart shaped! As for the savory sandwiches and bites:The chopped ham sandwich my daughter liked a lot, but she did not care for the cheese sandwich, which was a stacked slice of sticky, and slightly sweet American cheese. I liked the mozzarella and sun-dried tomato bite, the deviled egg, and the cucumber sandwich. I did not enjoy the chicken salad, which was very celery and onion heavy on an unfortunately stale croissant. I do with that we were given the option of mix and match for finger sandwiches. There were a few other items that I couldn't determine what they were. I would have loved a description card or quick walkthrough as to what was on each tray. We both loved the pastry bites dessert option. The brownie, raspberry cheesecake, and the lemon tart were so tasty! Aside from the experience aspect of the tea service, I loved seeing the staff interact with regulars and treat them as family. The manager was greeting and checking in with each table which is a nice touch. There are conversation cards on each table for tech-free chats and we also loved the special touch of the heart shaped sugar cubes. We had a great time and can see going back for tea, scones, and maybe one of the salads and the dessert bites.
