Service was quick; ordered on the app for pickup at the drive-thru. Didn't have a huge wait time. The girls working were pleasant. The location seems a bit more modern than most other locations. I ordered the hot chocolate; which was rich and creamy, the munchkins, and a bacon egg cheese biscuit. The biscuits are not flaky southern style biscuits; they are actually heavy and hard to eat. The drive-thru offers two lanes that merge together after the speaker. i ordered the caramel craze iced latte. most the time i order it i get the right drink but half the time i get it as just a caramel latte. just very disappointing. today i got it and really just tastes like espresso, milk, and water. not really any caramel taste in it. read more

Too many Dunkin locations get orders wrong, but this location almost never fails me!!! Good employees and good service!! love them!!!

Remodeled parking lot looks great, but I'm sitting in the drive through now. Two mobile order cars pulled in front of me. That's not the problem, the problem is that the one car has been at the window for approximately 6 mins and now the second car has been at the window for approximately 5 minutes. This added so much more time than necessary to my drive through experience. Should've went to Quick Fix. read more

Pretty coffeelicious and groovy spot! There's ample seating and ambience in this Dunkin Donuts. The only disadvantage here is that it has very weird parking and directly off a very busy highway so trying to turn left is a no-go. Everything else about this location is freaking awesome, the staff, the food and the experience is five star! They have come a long way in this service though they used to be not so good but boy they went from night to day. There's an outside seating area that only has one or two tables but in the summer time is refreshing if you do have the time. Things to try: My personal favorite is the coconut latte! I'm a self proclaimed dunkie junkie and I absolutely love it here. The employees are so nice and always make my drink the correct way. They even remember my name! I feel welcomed there and they deserve a lot more credit than they get for dealing with the types of people I see on these reviews here. Usually get the same drink most of the time, this time I went and ordered the same thing the cashier was actually rude and when I ordered it she complained about not knowing how to make it and gave her coworker a hard time saying he would have to show her. I also received the drink and it wasn't even full so I was a little disappointed... won't be returning this establishment and this isn't the first bad encounter i've had with this cashier, A needs to work on her attitude. read more

This Dunkin' is always out of donuts! Like how do sell out of the main thing you serve?! I stop here on a regular basis to get coffee in the morning on my way to work and I have been handed the wrong beverage on several occasions. There aren't two drive thru lines so how do you get the orders mixed up?! This place whist needs some better organization. read more

The first reason I'm doing this is because I went twice today (06-30-21), and twice they've messed up my order, and refused to acknowledge the mess up and fix it. In the morning I ordered a Iced chai latte and vanilla signature latte. The woman at the register told me she had to make the sig latte a pumpkin spice for the register but promised it would be just vanilla. I heard her tell them to make it this way, but it was a pumpkin spice. The chai latte was made matcha latte. I didn't make a fuss because they were busy and this lady in front of me ordered for an army. Now to 30 mins ago I got 2 iced lattes with cold foam and when I got them only one was made how I ordered. But when I politely asked them about it they said it was already made. I'm just disappointed, because I work in a restaurant and if some one had an issue with their order we'd work to make it right and not dismiss people. read more

Got an iced coffee here and It was made exactly how I asked. I do wish the parking lot was bigger though. This location is ALWAYS packed and hard to maneuver in and out of the parking lot for all the cars going through the drive through. read more

This location is pretty standard for a DD. It's usually clean, orders are efficiently handled, and they generally have all your favorite DD kinds of donuts on hand. These are by no means the best donuts around. But, having grown up with DD, they serve the yummy donuts I remember, which is comforting. It's like childhood in a pink, orange, and white box. I always make a point to visit in the fall when they have their pumpkin cake donuts for the season. Good stuff. read more

I'm just not a huge fan of their donuts--I hear they come frozen and are baked in store. I do love their coffee and that they do a lot of promotions and coupons for free drinks! This location has super fast service and friendly staff! Getting in and out can be a bit tricky if you're coming from the busy 411 highway entrance. read more

The donuts and coffee are fine. No complaints. I'm mostly here to mention 2 specific issues I have with this store. 1. The parking lot is one of the worst setups I've ever seen. Constant confusion makes for so many problems. 2. The drive-thru girl, Rebecca. Maybe the least customer-friendly employee I've consistently interacted with. Every single morning I hit their drive-thru, I always say a genuine "Thank you!" with a smile as she hands me my stuff, but she NEVER responds. She just stares at me dead in the face. No smile, no "You're welcome" or "Have a nice day" or anything. Literally nothing. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt the first time, but this happens everyday. I don't want her to lose her job or anything, but I hope she learns to at least respond like a normal person or gets moved from the drive-thru window. Customers want to see at least a decently courteous employee. read more

This is one of the nicest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited. The employees are very friendly and the place is nice and clean. The food there can't be beat. I especially like the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. The coffee is also good, hot or cold. There is a nice place to sit outside behind the restaurant. We like to bring our puppy with us on nice days. Wish I would've taken a picture of my breakfast sandwich but it is all gone now....Yum Yum. Looking forward to going back again soon. read more
