Very clean and well maintained business where the staff is so pleasant. I love the old house feel of this retrofit location. Parking is a little tight and getting in and out could be better. Quality of the food and coffee is good. read more

We stopped in here for a snack before a show at Maryville College. Staff were friendly, store was pretty clean and we were greeted promptly. The shift leader/manager was very polite and had EXCELLENT customer service. We ordered a couple drinks and a couple snacks. He threw in an extra donut for free. So kind of him! Only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars is my hubby said the cream cheese on his bagel was ultra sweet, and it tasted like icing, and my small drink was only filled about 70%. Overall a good experience though. Thank you. read more

EXTREMELY rude & nasty! Workers literally mad that u order a drink to ur liking, then they give it to you however they wanna make it. Dont waste ur time here as "managers" never reply or even try to rectify the problem read more

ive had much better service out there. there was a few nice workers, but the lady who i delt with, prolly middle aged w/ darker hair, was honestly horrible. she had to remake my food multiple times because she was making it WRONG regardless of what the ticket said, and she was blaming her co-workers for it. Mind you, I could hear the whole of the situation read more

This Dunkin has gone to shit. When they first opened, the staff were nice, the food was good, and the coffee tasted alright. Now everytime I go there, they're out of croissants and biscuits before 10 a.m. The staff is not rude, but they sound like they hate their job. The coffee is NEVER good. It either tastes watered down or has like this weird burnt taste to it. They never get orders right. I went today at 9:45 and got avocado toast and a CHOCOLATE FROSTED doughnut. NOT a chocolate frosted with SPRINKLES. They gave me one with sprinkles instead of just telling me they were out of the regular ones. I would've chosen a different doughnut bc I have an allergy to sprinkles. Thanks for the health hazard. Anyways, this may sound petty, but I've had so many issues with this place that I'm just finally over it. Idek how it's still in business considering the rating is 2.1 starts. I will be taking my business to the Dunkin on West Broadway from now on. read more

Awful customer service. Unless you order online, expect to be mostly ignored while you stand at the counter inside. Honestly, they don't care one bit! It appears they have little training. The donuts are the standard Dunkin' fare, but the people seem miserable to be there. There are certainly better choices in Maryville. read more

I am not kidding when I say that for the past several years, this location has given me horrible coffees every time I visit. I resisted the urge to review this location for a long time because the employees were sweet... but no matter who's working here, the drink are awful. Frozen coffees are either not sweetened or they taste like coffee-ground sludge(or both at the same time). The macchiato tastes like it has no coffee in it at all, and lattes are (so far) the only drink I've ordered here that are semi acceptable... But, they barely fill the cup when they hand it out to you so what's the point. I don't blame the workers, I'm just deeply deeply confused because I've only experienced this problem at this specific location. I'm convinced the renovated historic house they run this out of is haunted by a ghost that curses the coffee machines. read more

Super friendly staff and while it was a little busy, they were happy to help me when i needed a drink holder. the donuts are good and don't taste stale. the mango pineapple refresher with green tea is my go to drink read more

Fast service, semi friendly staff. It amazes me that at any location they take it so personal if you don't remember the correct name box of joe. The client enjoyed the coffee and doughnuts. read more

Great service to friendly people and very tasty food, okay. And the best server althia

Terrible customer service. First time there was about a month ago. I ordered 3 doughnuts on their app and when I got there they had next to nothing on the shelf and they told me they were all out of what I ordered and didn't know how long before more would be made. I was told I would need to get a refund online or choose some other random doughnuts which were plain or some other crappy kind. Then some employee told me she would just write a note stating I'm owed 3 doughnuts and then she walked away. Never got refunded for that. Went back today and ordered a nitro coffee which cost almost almost 4 bucks. When I walked in, my food items were sitting there and an employee asked me if There was anything else with the order (she was holding the receipt as she asked) and I told her a small nitro coffee. She said okay and walked away. I waited for 10 minutes for the stupid thing thinking the girl was making it and finally a manager asked me if i was waiting for something and I told her a nitro. Turns out the first girl said okay and just walked off and did something else. So the manager made the coffee and what She made was ridiculous. I refuse to go back to this location. How they are still in business is beyond me. read more

Stopped in this morning to get a coffee. I was going to use the drive through but there are two different entrances for it and it appeared people we're confused. So I parked and went inside. The interior was clean and bright. The young lady behind the counter who took my order was very friendly and pleasant . (She gets 5 stars). They appeared to be very busy. Most of the employees were preparing orders for the drive through. Looks like they do most of their morning business with the drive through. If that's the case they should rethink/redesign their drive through line. (just my opinion) It was nice to see they had an adequate amount of employees to handle the volume. I only had a medium black coffee so I can't review much more. So in closing: my experience was positive. The inside was clean, the employee that I interacted with was pleasant and the coffee was hot. If you are in a rush or you are impatient (which is understandable if you haven't had your morning coffee) you may want to park and go inside. I was in and out with my coffee before the car that was in-front of me on line had even placed their order. read more

I can see why they have two stars. I ordered using the kiosk, I received most items, missing one drink so I waited... and waited. Then got asked what I was waiting for and told them.... Just to get asked two more times because the previous people asked but didn't make the damn drink. Annoying for sure as others who ordered after me left before. read more

The coffee was okay but the bacon egg and cheese bagel was a disaster. It tasted awful and you couldn't even bite into it. It was so hard I ended up having to throw it away. $4.79 + tax for a horrible bagel and went into the garbage. read more

Drive through handed me a coffee where the lid wasn't on- hot coffee spilled all over me and the door of my car... They didn't charge me which was fine but the new cup they then gave me was all hot water and creamer. No coffee. Not sure what to think about that. read more

Excellent service....the staff remembers customer's favorite drinks and even offers ways to enhance your order. The store is always clean.

coffee is nasty all the time I try to order here. no matter what type of coffee. It is always burnt and water. don't stop at this dunkin. people that works here is too young to understand how to serve people with quality products. Go to the one in West Broadway avenue. read more

We tried to eat at Dunkin Donuts on Washington this morning, once again our order was given to another customer because they do not call out order numbers. We had been waiting along time and the young lady told us she would bring the food to our table, well that didn't happen then when someone else took our food even it was put on the counter , and no number called out. They of course ran out of the items needed to make our food. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us. Last time we accepted a substitute that was awful we ended up throwing it out and just going somewhere else and getting something else. This time we asked for a refund. We love the coffee but we are getting tired of our orders being given to others and the them always running out of stuff. I think we will try another coffee shop and see if maybe we like them just as much as Dunkins coffee. read more

The girl at the window was a total b*tch, blondish hair glasses, I ordered on the mobile app and she didn't acknowledge me at the intercom so I pulled up, then had the audacity to smart off "next time tell me at the speaker" like what's it matter to you where I tell you I have a mobile order my name literally popped up on your screen. You work at Dunkin' quit taking things so seriously read more

The only thing this Dunkin has going for it is it's location. After that you might as well just roll the dice and take your chances. I'm pretty certain it's poor management. That's because when you ask to speak to a manager there is not one on premises. There is no standardization of the way things are done from employee to employee or day to next day. It's wild Wild West and the employees decide how they do things. When you ask to have your food prepared a certain way, you are looked at like you have 4 heads, argued with and made to feel like you're asking for something that is impossible by simply asking for them to heat up your food. If this place does not improve its customer service I may just open a breakfast place right damn next door!! read more

Horrible service. We finally decided to call in and complain today. The GM called back and was immediately defensive and rude about anything we said. All that was needed, was for us to bring a receipt in and be given our money back. But he wanted to argue about it. When pointing out that we just wanted our money back and that we wouldn't be coming back to the location he hung up the phone. Terrible and will never deal with this location again. Employees are rude and quick, and now I see why. The GM prides himself on being this way so would should his employees be any different. read more

I absolutely LOVE this dunkin donuts ! There is two people in particular that work here that I adore the first one is Jonathan he has the best personality he's super sweet and makes my coffee right every time ! Skip this dunkin and go to the west Broadway one. The drinks and food items always taste bad and the customer service is horrible. Today was my last time going there. They had to remake my drink because it tasted like the ingredients were bad or it was just thrown together with no actual effort. The girl who remade it was incredibly rude and slammed the drive through window in my face after handing me my drink. Do not recommend. The staff in immature and the place is dirty as well. Sucks I have to go across town to the other one if I want a drink made well. read more

I went in on Thursday, April 8 at 2:30 PM. Two young guys who were behind the counter completely ignored my three-year-old son and I while they continue to joke and laugh with each other. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you", nothing. They finally get to us, and there's a terrible donut selection, and the young man actually said "it's a terrible day for donuts" Thinking it's funny. It's 2:30 in the afternoon with crazy traffic and a drive through line into the parking lot and you can't have your cases stocked? Did I mention the donut case full of fruit flies? Literally flies sitting on donuts ready to be sold. I let the guy know about the fruit flies and he said that there was nothing he could do about it. I guess he doesn't get paid enough to clean? When they first opened, this location was pretty awesome. It's gone completely downhill. What a shame. We won't be back. read more

Horrible service. I placed my mobile order at 8:48am. I didn't receive my order until 9:12am. I stood inside and watched the drive thru line run smoothly and get their orders. What's the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait even longer than just sitting in the drive thru line. All I ordered was a single donut and an order of munchkins. These items are ALREADY MADE. Absolutely will not be returning. read more

I usually have good service here, but I have tried to reach corporate for a week now with no response. The problem started when I ordered and paid through the app and my husband picked up the order where he was charged for the full amount again cause he added two additional donuts to the order. He didnt realize there was an issue when he left but I did cause I knew I was suppose have 4-5 dollars remaining and my total was zero. I called and they said I had to call corporate they couldn't do anything about it when it was clearly their fault. I mean he showed them the app and the order number and that it was paid for yet they charged him again for it. There is like of customer service and management there and I am finding corporate is the same. Dunkin donuts basically stole money from me and is refusing to refund me for the double charge. read more

Workers complained, and no cream/jelly in either of the "filled" doughnuts. I ordered a drink with lite ice and was given 3 ice cubes. :(

Dunkin' is my favorite coffee place and since I attend Maryville College, I get it atleast once a week. This place is run by a bunch of teenage boys who are unfriendly. I get the same order and once in a million tries do I ever get it made correctly. I am not sure if it is the fault of the employees or the ingredients they have, but no matter what, my vanilla latte always tastes like watered down black coffee. I hate to have to drive 10 minutes away to another Dunkin' to have my drink taste right. read more

when we walked in the store they didn't even acknowledge we were there though there was no one else inside and our kids walked straight to the donut case to pick their donuts. The cashier when he did acknowledge us was extremely unfriendly and then when I went to order a drink that was on the screen the manager was super rude about saying they no longer had it. I asked what they had instead and she said really snappily all the other stuff on the screen. Every experience we've had there so far has just been extremely unfriendly for zero reason. They need to teach their staff some kind of friendliness or customer service... they have none. read more

We went in around 6:30 tonight and ordered 4 egg and cheese wraps. My daughter found 2 bed bugs in her food which was absolutely disgusting!!!! Had to check them from head to toe after we got home! Went in upset and manager was so rude and I professional and one of the workers "bucked" up because of me being upset taking it personal. I wasn't cussing screaming or anything just aggravated. Whatever you do, skip this Dunkin' donuts and go on down the road to the next one. I ordered a dozen donut holes and they taste it stale and were hard and chewy. The yeast donut holes tasted like they were yesterday's and had set out overnight uncovered. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and when she handed it to me I asked her if it was really coffee because it looked like very weak iced tea. I told her I drink cold brew at least 3 to 4 times a week and that did not look like coffee. She said well that's how we make it. I can make you another one and I said it would just look the same because you're using the same watered-down cold brew. So I prefer my money back. Then. The manager came to the drive-thru window and said I just made a fresh batch of cold brew and I can make you a new one. Which means the other batch probably set from yesterday?? So I said okay and it did look a little bit darker but when I saw her making it they did not even foam 2% milk to make cold foam. They took a whipped cream can and squirted some stuff on top and when I questioned her about whipped cream she said it's not whipped cream. It's sweet cream which was a can of whipped cream that had sugar in it and I specifically said no sugar so they don't even foam their own cold phone. And she made a face and made a smart remark as I left. So skip that place unless you want to eat. Still donut holes and drink a coffee drink. They don't even know how to make read more

Great location, super friendly ladies that work there, espcially nicole. They always remember my order!

Went in and had a coupon for a free drink. They said the coupon wasn't valid bc they haven't ever seen one on Groupon before. I said okay that's fine I will just pay for it. So I paid for it and they put cinnamon on it. I am allergic to cinnamon and I asked if they could make me another one. They said you should have told us before we made it but we will make another one. So they made another one and didn't add the whipped cream on it. Filled it all the way up with ice and handed it back. I was very disappointed and the manager was very rude. Didn't taste like the first coffee I got from there just a hour or 2 before I went back and got another one and it was horrible read more

Don't go a in the morning on a Saturday! The first person that took our order was the rudest, most bitchy person! We had multiple people in car ordering so it took us a second to figure out what we wanted, we ordered three bagels and a coffee, upon trying to confirm the order whoever was on the other side taking told us "You can't see your screen? You literally only ordered two bagels but OKAY". We were nothing but polite until she copped an attitude. If you really don't like your job where you have to lash our on the customer then QUIT! I understand it's early in the morning BUT it gives you no right to act the way she did, you're there to do you job so DO IT. Plus parts of our order weren't even correct! read more
