We stopped in about 9:20 am and they were out of some food and drink items. We were informed that the restaurant next door makes their food, however after we ordered, we saw that our food was just being heated up in a microwave. Everything was served in or on plastic. The crepe was not good at all, I took a few bites and just threw it away. There was no flavor, no seasoning, the eggs were rubber and the cheese was so overpowering. The blueberry scone was dry and was also lacking in flavor. It's crazy that this is one of the only high rated coffee shops around. It is decorated uniquely inside but neither the food nor drinks is worth stopping in for.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have given them over a dozen chances to improve since it is convenient for me to use this location, but never again. Service for the most part is terrible except for a couple of employees and my drinks were rarely correct. When they were, they were barely warm and the cup was not full. I will gladly drive the additional 4 miles to visit the Tanger Outlet location which is always consistent and good. read more

This wasn't just any visit--it was his last stop before we took him to the veterinarian to say goodbye. My husband and I weren't interested in getting coffee that day because of what we were about to go through. When we asked for a pup cup, the employee told us we couldn't have one unless we purchased something. We explained that we were on our way to have our beloved dog euthanized and asked if we could simply pay for the pup cup instead. The employee refused. In the end, we purchased a coffee we didn't want or need just so our dog could enjoy his favorite treat one last time. I understand that businesses have policies, but a small act of compassion in a moment like that would have meant the world to us. Instead, we left feeling heartbroken and disappointed. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to Starbucks. What should have been a small moment of kindness during one of the hardest days of our lives became an experience we'll never forget for the wrong reasons.
