So slow. The slowest experience I've ever had. I'm from out of town and have visited 2 times. Both times were extremely slow. Once through the drive thru, once at the walk up window after doing an online order. After waiting 40 mins for my walk up order, I finally got it. This place needs to not accept mobile orders if they can't keep up with the demand in their drive thru. The drive thru was addressed before anyone at the walk up or with a mobile order. I was so pleased to see Dutch Brothers arrive in my area! Followed me from Oregon. Dutch Bros started in 1992 as a pushcart by the railroad tracks in downtown Grants Pass, Oregon. Dane and Travis Boersma left the dairy business to serve up espresso, rock their favorite music and make connections with their community. Well I enjoyed it all the time, the roast is not bitter like SB is, very smooth and less expensive. Our Dutch Bro's is drive thru, or walk up to the window, always busy! We were traveling in the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee area and our daughters found out there was a Dutch Bros Coffee shop nearby. They told us the place was Instagram famous and insisted we make a stop before heading home. As we pulled up, I noticed there were two drive through lanes. I was hoping to go inside because I had questions, but it did not look like they had an "inside". A few people were lined up at an outdoor order window, so we decided to just join the drive through line. Staff members were already out near the cars and walked right up to take our order. We let them know it was our first visit, and they were extremely helpful walking us through the menu and offering suggestions. I ordered a large peppermint mocha, while the ladies chose a variety of cold drinks. We pulled up to the pickup window, where another friendly staff member handed us our drinks and chatted about the cold Tennessee weather. From start to finish, the process was smooth and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and we would definitely give this place a thumbs up. read more

Whether you're craving a great cup of coffee, a refreshing lemonade, or something in between, they've got you covered. Everything on their menu is delicious. We don't have Dutch Bros back home so I really wanted to try this out. We came in yesterday and the gentleman at the window was so friendly and nice. The rebels were absolutely amazing and tasty. But it took so long for our drinks to get served. My husband got a kids milkshake and it was melted. Today we did an online order and waited IN LINE for almost an HOUR. When we got up to the front the whole system was out of wack. They couldn't find my order on their tablet and ended up making it on the fly. Not sure what happened but it's way too long to sit in a drive through for a drink. I'll rethink it if we're ever back in the area. read more

Uh, we've done 25 states so far on our full time RV life and ANYTIME we find a D Bros, we GO ! Yes the lines are long and service could be a little slow but we love all the Dutch Bros. The people are always so nice and friendly. We're talkers so we love telling them about our country adventures but I know some people hate that they talk but you need to slow down in life. Dutch Brothers is a new chain of coffee stores for me, but I really enjoyed my recent visit in Tennessee to this particular store. They have a lot of unique coffee drinks my go to chai tea latte is what I tried with an orange cranberry muffin top. It was delicious fast service, and they even do the pup cup for my dog. read more

Worst customer experience with the order ahead. Doesn't even matter if you order ahead all they do is put you in line when you get there and might as well just walk up and order. Needs to be fixed. At least with Starbucks when you order ahead you get your order when you show up. Their excuse is always we are busy. No longer an excuse for this issue. we went to Dutch Bros for the free medium drink today and we ended up ordering online 30 minutes before we got there yet waited another 30 minutes after we got there for our drinks just for our drinks to end up watered down and flavorless. The line was insane. Ok if you have debated on stopping here just stop! It was the best coffee next to black rifles. They had my protein coffee which was a huge surprise as I had a protein shake to add to my coffee. Having loved DB when we lived in AZ, we were thrilled to see what one just opened in Sevierville. This was our first stop in town and like most locations, they had an organized system with two drive-thru lanes and a worker in each approaching cars to take orders. There is also a walk-up line. We didn't even need to drive up to the window, as a kind worker walked out (in the rain!) to hand-deliver our drinks. You truly can't beat Dutch Bros. service. Iced Golden Eagle-sugar free: espresso, half and half, vanilla syrup and caramel sauce. It's usually topped with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle, but you can opt out of that. It was smooth, tasty, and you could still actually taste the espresso. The sweetness of the syrups isn't as overwhelming as other coffee spots. This was definitely much tastier than the mocha cold brew. Mocha Cold brew-sugar free with oat milk: Normally served with chocolate milk as the cream mixer/flavor, so the chocolate syrup was different than what you may order with a normal mocha drink. The mocha flavor tasted like more of a bitter, dark chocolate. The cold brew was smooth and perfect. Would have liked a touch more oat milk in the drink. There is such an abundance of ice that the drink remained cold and didn't get watered down, but it probably took up a lot of coffee real estate as well. ;-) We wouldn't order this one again. Next time we travel over here, we will definitely make a stop again. read more

WOW! First time having Dutch bros and that was the best chain coffee shop coffee I've ever had. I got the golden eagle and it was AMAZING! We did have to wait in the drive through for about 30 minutes since the line was so long but honestly, for as many people as there was in line, they moved pretty fast. And the coffee was so good, it was worth the wait! My husband got one of the frozen rebel drinks and didn't love it much but it was just a little sweet for his liking. He's picky so I don't weight his opinion in this review will DEFINITELY be stopping at Dutch bros when I'm in the area again. Could not recommend more! read more

The place looks amazing on the outside. The colors are very vibrant and pleasing to the eye. The staff is very friendly and I placed my order very fast. There was a bit of a wait since there was a few people ahead of me. I order the Tea Tropical with organic green tea and I'm pretty sure it's the best tea I've had. It is also better than the Starbucks refresher and more affordable. I paid something around $3-$4 while at Starbucks it's usually like $5-$7. Only complaint is I ordered light ice and there was still a lot of ice. Otherwise it was a great tea, and I would highly recommend it to tea lovers. read more

I've been to Dutch brothers probably well over 100 times in a lot of places and this was by FAR the worst experience I've had...over 45 minutes from the time we pulled into the parking lot until we got to the window and almost 10 more minutes for them to make or remake or 'find' what they had already made and we already paid for. Most Dutch I have been to have 2-4 people at most inside making drinks and even when there's a line of cars the line moves quick....this place had 6-SIX! people making drinks and they blamed the wait on being short staffed.
