Stopped by Starbucks to grab a drink and quick lunch. White Chocolate Mocha (Hot) almost like hot chocolate, but white chocolate with bit of bitterness. For quick lunch, I've been ordering this for YEARS, the Tomato & Mozzarella Panini is my absolute favorite, it's so simple to its few ingredients; roasted tomatoes, pesto, basil, and mozzarella, toasted! Filling and delicious. This location is located instead the Tanger Outlets, and it's next to Chipotle. You can't miss it, but careful going in during busy hours because the parking is limited and there's no tables & chairs like other locations because it's quite small. read more

Don't even think about it. It MADE me give a star. Slowest Starbucks in the world. Watched the workers take pictures of their partners, when it was rush hour. I usually am a patient person. The service was so slow. Nobody would take orders so people come and go the whole time and then use the app and order right in front of the non-working employees. read more

It's not their fault that almost every Starbucks I go to doesn't have the peach green tea lemonade. It's disappointing though. The staff was friendly and helpful. They wear mask and try to give alternatives when needed. This is a pretty small location, so no seating inside. The drinks are consistently good. read more

It's one thing that for years Starbucks charges .60 cents for tiny pumps of flavor, but now at this location I got charged .70 cents just for cream/half in half in my basic coffee. I just paid 4.67 something for basic Christmas blend coffee in a grande. Now I know where the 20 an hour wages are being pulled. From marking up tiny things that cost Starbucks nothing but add money to their empire. Insane! I do not appreciate, even if it's just this location, being nickel and dimed for what has always gone into coffee. Aside from this, the service was very quick and the people working were very nice. I know they are probably told now to charge that way and I did ask them what the .70 extra was for and they told me but I do not appreciate Starbucks doing this at all. read more

What the duck? I don't typically write reviews, but the service and product was SO bad, I don't want someone else to have the same experience I did. We pulled up while it was pouring outside and there was no awning over the ordering display. To put it in perspective, it was pouring so hard there was a literal duck standing under the building to stay dry. That should have been a sign. Because there was no awning, we pulled around to the window to order. We were told that they could not take orders at the window, in spite of no one being around. We pulled around and had to come inside to order our $60 of drinks. They stated that they couldn't take orders at the window to keep "time" down. They then gave me a $4 card for my troubles. My hot coffee was cold, but I decided to let it go. We proceeded to wait for 10 minutes on one drink they forgot. After they finally got the order "right," (15 minutes) and we left. Once we got back to our place, the iced macchiato had SPOILED milk in it! Literally chunky and stinky. I refused to go back because I wasn't wasting anymore of my "time" on this poor establishment. From a business perspective, your customer service and product need to be perfect before you become so inflexible and non-adaptable for circumstances customers face. If this was Chic Fil A, there would have been someone waiting at the display with an umbrella and I would have been driving away with a blessed day. read more

Please see mobile order because this Starbucks is located in a busy outlet mall, ordered a plain black coffee and waited 10 minutes to walk in and pick it up. Went into the restaurant and they don't have it ready to be picked up so I wait in line to find out they will have to brew coffee to complete this simple order. 32 minutes for a black coffee ordered online. read more

This has to be the smallest SB I've ever been to. Well excluding the one at Disney Springs that is just a walk up window. The location of this store has to probably make it the busiest per sq foot in the whole chain. I came here for the usual and to restock on the Verismo pods. They didn't have a large selection, but they did have some I haven't seen before. Naturally I had to buy those. There was a line when I arrived. Only 2-3 people in front of me. It seems like it took for ever though. Guess it was amateur day at the SB and they had to throughly explain the concept of coffee to those in front of me. After placing my order the coffee was ready super fast. If you come here just remember that it will be to go since there is very little seating at this location. read more

With all the warm weather we've been experiencing during our trip to TN, we had to make a quick stop here! I got my favorite caramel waffle cone frappuchino since I'm still waiting for them to bring back my caramel flan frappuchino! I frequently stop at any Starbucks for a large chai tea latte but when I go to the one in Sevierville, TN I have to ask for 2 extra pumps to get the same great flavor. Also, when greeted at the drive thru window I always say good morning or afternoon and how are you today. This is the only store where the window person says "I'm here"! Ugh, I so dislike that response...the staff there could use a little more "customer service" training and greet people with a better outlook on life...just saying. read more

The absolute worst starbucks service i have ever received. Located within the area of a Tanger Outlets (convenient) but only had 2 people working. This place was packed & it took nearly 20-25 min for my drinks to be made. I received one part of my order, they made drinks behind me & neglected my second drink for 5+ minutes. Also the second drink wasn't even what i wanted/ asked for. I would have asked for it to be remade but none of the employees were paying attention & i was too frustrated already. Would be a better location if there were more employees working at one time. read more

I've never had anything but great experiences in this location! Sure, the location itself is small, but the staff are so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I'm a regular at this location when I'm in my hometown on school breaks and will stop by when passing through Sevierville, and each experience has always been great. The location does get quite busy because of the location, but I'm willing to wait a little longer if needed because of the service and care that's taken in every order at this spot. I thought I posted a review in August about this place being our coffee fix saving grace after bad experience at the one at Christmas tree lane. Anyways in August this would be 5 stars hands down no doubt. However this December visit the lady working wasnt friendly at all and was not busy. My husband ordered after me and he wasn't pleased with her attitude to him either. Coffee wasn't very good. The next day it wasn't so good either thankfully we lucked into a different server. Coffee was slightly better but I had added some dark roast to my pike to make it taste like coffee. Today the gal from August was working (Cindy) and I told my husband I bet the coffee will be good since she's working and whaabam I was right. It was great! So this lady I had to get her name to send her kudos for making our trip home coffee like it was in August. Delicious. She did not serve us but the lady who did was super also. However I had a feeling if Cindy was there the coffee would be right and it was. I'd give 5 stars for today but it got knocked down because of the other days. read more
